Description
CSRMAヒンジアセンブリについての製造、組立て、及び使用の様々な方法が、図1乃至12に関して上で示したものを超えて想定される。
様々な実施例を上述した。追加的な実施例を下述する。他の実施例は、第1の部分及び第2の部分として顕現する。その実施例は、第1の部分及び第2の部分を固定する回転可能に相互接続される細長いカバーのセット(一組の細長いカバー)も含み得る。個々の細長いカバーは、空洞を定め得る。その実施例は、ヒンジ要素のセット(一組のヒンジ要素)を含むマルチピボットヒンジアセンブリを更に含み得る。個々のヒンジ要素は、第1の個々の細長いカバーの空洞内に位置付けられ、第1の個々の細長いカバーと第2の隣接する細長いカバーとの間に回転可能に固定され、個々のヒンジ要素が細長いカバーと平行なヒンジ軸の周りで旋回するのに効果的である。
被覆されたヒンジアセンブリに関する技術、方法、デバイス、システム等は、構造的構成及び方法論的行為に特異な言語において記載されるが、付属の請求項に定められる主題は、記載される特定の構成又は行為に必ずしも限定されないことが理解されるべきである。むしろ、特定の構成及び行為は、請求する方法、デバイス、システム等を実施する例示的な形態として開示されている。
Claims (15)
- コンピュータデバイスであって、
ディスプレイスクリーンを含む第1の部分及び入力デバイスを含む第2の部分と、
被覆された、順次式に回転する、多数のマルチピボット軸を備える、ヒンジアセンブリであって、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分から離れる方向に回転させられるときに、当該コンピュータデバイスのフットプリントを拡張するような方法において前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分を回転可能に固定する、ヒンジアセンブリとを含む、
コンピュータデバイス。 - 前記第2の部分は、水平な表面の上に位置付けられるように構成され、前記第1の部分は、格納位置から展開位置に、前記水平な表面に対して回転させられるように構成され、拡張させられたフットプリントは、前記展開位置において、当該コンピュータデバイスの質量中心を前記拡張させられたフットプリントの上に維持する、請求項1に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記第2の部分は、水平な表面の上に位置付けられるように構成され、前記第1の部分は、概ね水平な向きにおいて前記第2の部分の上に位置付けられるように構成され、前記水平な表面に対して鈍角にある展開位置まで前記水平な表面に対して回転させられるように構成され、前記拡張させられたフットプリントは、前記展開位置において、当該コンピュータデバイスの質量中心を前記拡張させられたフットプリントの上に維持し、前記ヒンジアセンブリは、前記第2の部分に最も近い第1のヒンジ軸で開始して、前記第1のヒンジ軸による所定の回転角度の完了後の前記第2の部分からもっと遠い第2のヒンジ軸まで順次式に進んで、前記第1の部分が前記水平な向きから回転させられるときに、ヒンジ軸のセットの周りで回転する、請求項1に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記ヒンジアセンブリは、重なり合うカバーのセットを更に含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記重なり合うカバーは、前記ヒンジアセンブリの回転機能性及び前記ヒンジアセンブリの順次式のタイミング機能性に寄与する、請求項4に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記第1の部分内に位置付けられるプロセッサとバッテリとを更に含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 第1の部分及び第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分を固定する多軸ヒンジアセンブリとを含み、
該多軸ヒンジアセンブリは、重なり合うカバーと、前記多軸ヒンジアセンブリの個々の軸の回転の順序を定める、前記重なり合うカバー内に位置付けられる時限リンク要素とを含む、
コンピュータデバイス。 - 前記時限リンク要素は、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分が互いに離れる方向に回転させられるときに、回転を前記第2の部分に最も近い一個の回転軸に初期的に限定することによって、並びに、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分が互いに向かって回転させられるときに、回転を前記第1の部分に最も近い他の一個の回転軸に初期的に更に限定することによって、前記回転の順序を定める、請求項7に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 第1の一個の時限リンク要素は、第1及び第2の一個のカバーと相互作用し、前記第1の一個の時限リンク要素は、前記第1の一個のカバーが所定の回転角度を完了するまで、前記第2の一個のカバーの回転を妨げる、請求項7に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記第1及び第2の一個のカバーは互いに隣接し合う、或いは、第3の一個のカバーが前記第1及び第2の一個のカバーの間に介装される、請求項9に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 個々のカバーは、概ね細長い、請求項7に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 個々のカバーは、空洞を定め、前記多軸ヒンジアセンブリの少なくとも部分が、前記空洞内に収容される、請求項7に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 前記個々のカバーは、凸面と、前記空洞を定める対抗する凹面とを有する、請求項12に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 第1の一個のカバーの前記凸面は、別個の隣接するカバーの前記凸面の上で関節作動するように構成される、請求項13に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
- 個々のカバーが、前記個々の軸の周りの回転の角度を限定する、請求項7に記載のコンピュータデバイス。
