Description
一方、圧縮機の運転中に容器内に溜まった油を強制的に自動駆動弁を用いて排出する場合、高圧力条件下にある容器内の油のレベルの低下速度が速く、自動駆動弁の閉動作が間に合わず、昇圧された水素ガスが油とともに油排出用配管から排出されるおそれがある。このように水素ガスが漏出してしまうと、燃料電池車等の下流側の充填対象への水素ガスの充填時間が長くなる。
また、容器内に溜まった油のレベル監視を行わずに一定期間毎に作業者が手動でバルブを開けて油の排出を行う場合、作業者が油の排出作業をし忘れたり間違ったバルブを開けてしまったりする等のオペレーションミスやヒューマンエラー等が生じる可能性がある。この場合、容器内に溜まった油が溢れて圧縮機の下流側のディスペンサ(充填装置)や燃料電池車側にオーバーフローしてしまうおそれがある。
なお、以下に示す図面において、同種の部材には同一の参照符号を付し、重複した説明を適宜省略する。
図2に示すように、圧縮機102は、水素ガスを圧縮する複数(ここでは5段)の圧縮段を有している。すなわち、圧縮機102は、第1段圧縮段1、第2段圧縮段2、第3段圧縮段3、第4段圧縮段4a,4b、および第5段圧縮段5a,5bが上流側から順に配置されて構成されている。
なお、図2中の符号7,8,9,10は、それぞれ第2段クーラ、第3段クーラ、第4段クーラ、アフタークーラを示す。また、図2中の符号13,14,15は、それぞれ第3段吸入スナッバ、第4段吸入スナッバ、第5段吸入スナッバを示す。
また、手動弁28の開度を調整することによって、圧縮機102運転中の油排出動作の際に容器60と油排出用配管53との差圧による急激な油の流れ込みと容器60内部のレベル低下を防止することができる。これにより、レベルセンサ22,23,24のL信号に基づいて、再度、自動駆動弁25,26,27が閉じる動作をする場合において、何らかの原因でタイミングが遅れても油排出用配管53にガスが漏れ出して圧縮機102の昇圧運転に支障をきたすことは無い。また、油のみを排出することで、スナッバ16、フィルタ17,18の容器60内部における昇圧されたガスの圧力が低下することは無い。このため、燃料電池車51等の下流側の充填対象へのガスの充填時間の遅延を防止できる。
すなわち、本実施形態によれば、吐出ガス中からトラップされて容器60に溜まった油を確実に圧縮機102の運転中でも排出して水素ガスの純度を高めるとともに、水素ガスが油排出用配管46,47,48から漏れることを防止することができる水素圧縮装置101および水素充填システム100を提供できる。

Claims (2)
- 水素ガスを圧縮する複数の圧縮段を有する多段式往復圧縮機と、
最終段の前記圧縮段の下流側に設けられるスナッバまたはフィルタの容器と、
前記容器の底部に接続される油排出用配管と、
前記容器内に溜まる油の液位を検出する液位検出装置と、
前記油排出用配管に設置され、前記液位検出装置の検出値に基づいて開閉する自動駆動弁と、
前記油排出用配管に設置され、該油排出用配管内の油の流量を調整する弁と、
前記油排出用配管に設置され、水素ガスを検知する水素検知器と、を備え、
前記自動駆動弁は、前記水素検知器によって水素ガスを検知した場合に閉弁することを特徴とする水素圧縮装置。 - 請求項1に記載の水素圧縮装置と、
前記水素圧縮装置の下流側出口に接続され、水素ガスを燃料電池車に充填する充填装置と、を備えることを特徴とする水素充填システム。
