Claims (11)
- 回路基板(5)を収容するハウジング(2)を有する電子制御ユニット(1)において、
前記ハウジング(2)はベース(3)およびカバー(4)を備え、これらのベース及びカバーの間に前記回路基板(5)が配置され、
前記ベース(3)および前記カバー(4)が、前記カバー(4)の周縁(20)における締まり嵌めの結合を介して相互に係合される構造であり、
前記回路基板(5)の第1の側(11)は前記ベース(3)と接触し、前記回路基板(5)の反対の第2の側(27)は前記ベース(3)の内側に落ち込んだ前記カバー(4)のくぼみ領域(22)と接触するように構成され、
前記カバー(4)の前記くぼみ領域(22)は、前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)から内側に離れて成形され、
前記回路基板(5)は、前記ベース(3)と前記カバー(4)との間に狭持されるように構成されたことを特徴とする電子制御ユニット。 - 前記回路基板(5)の前記第1の側(11)および前記第2の側(27)は、前記回路基板(5)の外周領域の周囲で、前記ベース(3)、前記カバー(4)にそれぞれ接触する、請求項1記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記締まり嵌めの相互の係合に隣接する弾性変形可能な周辺シール手段(18)をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記シール手段(18)は、前記回路基板(5)の周囲に延び、かつ、前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)と前記カバー(4)の前記くぼみ領域(22)との間に位置する、請求項3に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記締まり嵌めの結合は、前記カバー(4)の周縁(20)の弾性ひずみを伴う、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)は、前記ベース(3)の内側表面(15)に係合する、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)は、スナップフィットとして、前記ベース(3)の周囲に形成される溝(16)内に受け入れられる、請求項6に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記溝(16)は、前記内側表面(15)の周囲に形成される、請求項3に従属する請求項7に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記ベース(3)および前記カバー(4)はいずれも、熱伝導性材料より形成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)の少なくとも大部分は、丸みがある、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御ユニット。
- 前記カバー(4)の前記周縁(20)は、丸みのある角を備えた形状を有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の電子制御ユニット。
