Description
Claims (13)
- 車両(105)の安全システムの安全機構を作動させる方法であって、
前記車両が走行する周辺状況の複数の画像を事前格納画像として格納することと、
前記事前格納画像の各々に対して、前記車両安全システムの少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるべきであるか否かに関する危険評価尺度(R)を関連付けることと、
現車両周辺状況(110)の画像(113)を生成するためにデータを取得すること(S101)と、
前記生成された画像(113)を車両周辺状況の複数の事前格納画像と比較し、両者が一致するか否かを検出すること(S102)と、
現車両周辺状況(110)に関連する当該車両の挙動を検出すること(S103)と、
前記生成された画像(113)と一致する前記事前格納画像に関連づけられた前記危険評価尺度と、検出された前記車両(105)の挙動に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の作動を調整すること(S104)とを含み、
前記挙動は、前記車両(105)が前記現車両周辺状況(110)に以前遭遇した頻度と、前記現周辺状況(110)の現行交通規制を考慮して前記車両(105)がいかに行動したかの、少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の前記作動を前記調整すること(S104)は、
前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるために必要な前記少なくとも1つの危険評価尺度(R)のレベル(T)を調整することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を前記調整すること(S104)は、
前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の、後に作動しているときの効果を調整することを含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を前記調整すること(S104)は、
前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の作動時点を調整することを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記車両挙動を前記検出すること(S103)は、
前記現周辺状況(110)に関連する前記車両(105)の個々の運転手の挙動を検出することを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるために必要な前記危険評価尺度(R)の前記レベル(T)は、前記車両(105)が前記現周辺状況(110)にめったに遭遇していなかった場合、又は前記車両が前記現行交通規制に従わない場合に、低下する、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるために必要な前記危険評価尺度(R)の前記レベル(T)は、前記車両が前記現周辺状況に頻繁に遭遇していた場合、又は前記車両が現行交通規制に従う場合に、上昇する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記車両挙動を前記検出すること(S103)は、
前記車両(105)が特定の車両周辺状況に遭遇した頻度を、該車両が該特定の車両周辺状況に遭遇する度にインクリメントすることを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 車両安全システムの安全機構を適合させるように構成された車両(105)の装置(100)であって、
現車両周辺状況(110)の画像(113)を生成するためにデータを取得するように構成されたセンサー(101)と、
プロセッサ(102)と、
前記プロセッサによって実行可能な以下の命令(104)を格納するメモリ(103)を備える装置。
− 前記車両が走行する周辺状況の複数の画像を事前格納画像として保持すること;
− 前記事前格納画像の各々に対して、前記車両安全システムの少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるべきであるか否かに関する危険評価尺度(R)を関連付けること;
− 前記生成された画像(113)を車両周辺状況の複数の事前格納画像と比較し、両者が一致するか否かを検出すること(S102);
− 前記現周辺状況(110)に関連する当該車両の挙動を検出すること;
− 前記生成された画像(113)と一致する前記事前格納画像に関連づけられた前記危険評価尺度と、検出された前記車両(105)の挙動に基づいて、前記装置(100)が、前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の作動を調整するように動作することを含み、
前記挙動は、前記車両(105)が前記現車両周辺状況(110)に以前遭遇した頻度と、前記現周辺状況(110)の現行交通規制を考慮して前記車両(105)がいかに行動したかの、少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項9に記載の装置(100)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの安全機構の前記作動を調整するとき、
前記車両安全システムの前記少なくとも1つの安全機構を作動させるために必要な前記少なくとも1つの危険評価尺度(R)のレベル(T)を調整するように更に動作可能である装置。 - 請求項9又は10に記載の装置(100)であって、
前記車両挙動を検出するとき、
前記現周辺状況(110)に関連する前記車両(105)の個々の運転手の挙動を検出するように更に動作可能である装置。 - コンピュータープログラム(104)であって、装置(100)に含まれるプロセッサ(102)において実行されると、該装置(100)に請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載されたステップを実行させるコンピューター実行可能命令を含む、コンピュータープログラム。
- コンピューター可読媒体(103)を備えるコンピュータープログラム製品であって、該コンピューター可読媒体に請求項12に記載の前記コンピュータープログラム(104)が格納されている、コンピュータープログラム製品。
