- 長手方向軸(X)に沿って延在するドライブシャフト(12)と嵌合する内燃機関(11)と、オルタネータスタータ(14)と、前記ドライブシャフトにより回転式に駆動されるように設計された第1のプーリー(15、19)と、前記オルタネータスタータのシャフトに剛性接続されたプーリー(16)と、前記2つのプーリーを取り巻くベルト(17)と、前記第1のプーリー(19)と前記内燃機関の前記ドライブシャフト(12)との間の結合/結合解除システム(18)と、含む自動車のパワートレイン(10)の始動方式であって、寒冷気候における前記ベルトの準備手順(30)を含む始動方式において、
前記準備手順は、前記ベルト(17)の洗浄段階(C)を含み、
前記洗浄段階(C)は、
前記内燃機関の前記ドライブシャフト(12)から前記第1のプーリー(19)を結合解除して、回転に対するいかなる抵抗をも防ぐことと、
前記ベルトと前記第1のプーリー(19)とを駆動するための設定期間において、駆動モードで前記オルタネータスタータ(14)を操作することと、
を含むことを特徴とする、自動車のパワートレイン(10)の始動方式。 - 前記準備手順(30)のトリガー条件に関する検証段階(B)を含み、前記トリガー条件は、外気温度が温度しきい値(Ts)よりも低いことと、前記ベルトの最終洗浄以降の時間の測定値が時間しきい値(T1)よりも長いことと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の始動方式。
- 前記準備手順(30)は、前記洗浄段階(C)の後にタイミング段階(D)を含むことを、特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の始動方式。
- 前記タイミング段階(D)は、前記第1のプーリー(19)の前記内燃機関の前記ドライブシャフト(12)との結合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の始動方式。
- 前記タイミング段階が、運転者情報手順(D3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の始動方式。
- 前記タイミング段階(D)が、前記オルタネータスタータを使用した前記内燃機関の始動段階(E)に先行することを特徴とする、請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の始動方式。
- 長手方向軸(X)に沿って延在するドライブシャフト(12)と嵌合する内燃機関(11)と、オルタネータスタータ(14)と、前記ドライブシャフトにより駆動されるように設計された第1のプーリー(15、19)と、前記オルタネータスタータ(14)のシャフトに剛性接続されたプーリー(16)と、前記プーリーを取り巻くベルト(17)と、前記第1のプーリー(19)と前記ドライブシャフト(12)との間の結合/結合解除システム(18)と、含む自動車のパワートレイン(10)であって、前記内燃機関が、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方式後に始動される、自動車のパワートレイン(10)。
- 前記結合/結合解除システム(18)が、切替え可能な前記第1のプーリー(19)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のパワートレイン(10)。
- 前記第1のプーリー(19)は、前記ドライブシャフト(12)が有する歯とかみ合う歯を有する中間シャフトの端部に保持されることで、前記ドライブシャフト(12)と共に回転するように制約されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のパワートレイン(10)。
- 切替え可能な前記第1のプーリー(19)は、前記ドライブシャフト(12)の一端に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載のパワートレイン(10)。
