Claims (22)
- 一成分または多成分のプラスチック混合物の液状のプラスチック成分用の弁装置であって、
液体供給路(2)と、閉鎖エレメント(4)によって閉鎖可能な取出し開口(5)を有する調量弁(3)とを備えた弁ハウジング(1)と、
前記液体供給路(2)内における液体に対して作用する圧力制御装置であって、前記閉鎖エレメント(4)に対して作用する制御ダイヤフラム(6)を有する圧力制御装置と、
前記圧力制御装置を前記液体供給路(2)から隔てる遮断ダイヤフラム(7)と、を有している弁装置において、
前記圧力制御装置は、非圧縮性の流体用の、少なくとも部分的に前記弁ハウジング(1)内に配置された1つの流体密の制御室(8)を有しており、前記制御室(8)内に配置された前記非圧縮性の流体を介して前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)に圧力を加えることができる、圧力発生装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、弁装置。 - 前記遮断ダイヤフラム(7)は、前記閉鎖エレメント(4)に配置されている、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記遮断ダイヤフラム(7)は、前記閉鎖エレメント(4)の、前記取出し開口(5)とは反対側の端部に配置されている、請求項2記載の弁装置。
- 前記圧力制御装置は、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)に作用する圧力を前記閉鎖エレメント(4)に伝達する、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)と前記閉鎖エレメント(4)との間に配置された伝達エレメント(24)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記圧力制御装置は、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)に作用する圧力を前記閉鎖エレメント(4)に伝達する、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)と前記閉鎖エレメント(4)との間に配置された伝達エレメント(24)を有しており、前記伝達エレメント(24)は、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)と前記遮断ダイヤフラム(7)との間に配置されている、請求項2または3記載の弁装置。
- 前記制御室(8)は、第1のシール部材または第1のロールダイヤフラム(11)によって、前記圧力発生装置に対して閉鎖されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記圧力発生装置は、蓄力器(9)と、該蓄力器(9)によって力を加えることができる圧力伝達エレメント(10)とを有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記蓄力器(9)は、コイルばねとして形成されている、請求項7記載の弁装置。
- 前記蓄力器(9)は、少なくとも2部分から形成されている、請求項7または8記載の弁装置。
- 前記蓄力器(9)は、第1の蓄力器(91)と第2の蓄力器(92)とを有していて、該蓄力器(91,92)は、互いに直列に接続されている、請求項9記載の弁装置。
- 前記第1の蓄力器(91)と前記第2の蓄力器(92)とはそれぞれ、前記圧力伝達エレメント(10)に摺動可能に配置されたキャリッジ(15)のフランジ(16)に支持されている、請求項10記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁ハウジング(1)は、少なくとも2部分から形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁ハウジング(1)は、第1の弁ハウジング部分(1a)と第2の弁ハウジング部分(1b)とを有していて、前記第1の弁ハウジング部分(1a)は、前記第2の弁ハウジング部分(1b)に解離可能に結合可能である、請求項12記載の弁装置。
- 前記第1の弁ハウジング部分(1a)内に少なくとも、前記調量弁(3)、前記取出し開口(5)、前記閉鎖エレメント(4)、前記液体供給路(2)および前記遮断ダイヤフラム(7)が配置されている、請求項13記載の弁装置。
- 前記第2の弁ハウジング部分(1b)内に少なくとも、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)および前記制御室(8)が配置されている、請求項13または14記載の弁装置。
- 前記第2の弁ハウジング部分(1b)内に前記圧力発生装置も配置されている、請求項15記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁ハウジング(1)は第3の弁ハウジング部分(1c)を有しており、該第3の弁ハウジング部分(1c)内に、前記圧力発生装置と第1の制御室領域(8a)とが配置されており、前記第2の弁ハウジング部分(1b)内に、前記制御ダイヤフラム(6)と第3の制御室領域(8c)とが配置されており、該第3の制御室領域(8c)は、第2の制御室領域(8b)を形成する管路(23)を介して、前記第1の制御室領域(8a)に接続されており、前記第1の制御室領域(8a)、第2の制御室領域(8b)および第3の制御室領域(8c)は、一緒に前記制御室(8)を形成している、請求項13または14記載の弁装置。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置であって、
前記圧力発生装置は、蓄力器(9)によって力を加えることができる圧力伝達エレメント(10)を有しており、
前記蓄力器(9)から前記圧力伝達エレメント(10)に加えられる力を低減することができる、制御可能な荷重軽減装置が設けられている、弁装置。 - 前記荷重軽減装置は、荷重軽減室(12)を有している、請求項18記載の弁装置。
- 前記荷重軽減室(12)内に流体開口(13)が開口しており、該流体開口(13)を介して、加圧された流体または加圧された空気が、前記荷重軽減室(12)内に流入可能である、請求項19記載の弁装置。
- 前記圧力伝達エレメント(10)は、前記荷重軽減室(12)を画定する肩部(14)を有している、請求項19または20記載の弁装置。
- 前記荷重軽減室(12)は、前記圧力伝達エレメント(10)に対して、少なくとも部分的に、第2のシール部材または第2のロールダイヤフラム(18)によって閉鎖されている、請求項19から21までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
