Claims (8)
- 車両用モータ駆動装置のモータコイルから延びる複数の電気導線と、
前記電気導線の各先端から延出する複数の受給側端子と、
電気的に絶縁性の基材、および互いに間隔を空けて配設されて前記基材を貫通して延びる複数の供給側導電棒を有する取付台と、
前記受給側端子の延出方向と交差する方向に該受給側端子を貫通し、前記供給側導電棒の端部に形成されたねじ孔にねじ込まれて各受給側端子を対応する各供給側導電棒に接触固定する複数のねじと、
前記取付台に設けられ、隣り合う前記受給側端子同士の接触を防止する接触防止機構とを備え、
前記供給側導電棒の前記端部、および該端部に形成される前記ねじ孔が、前記供給側導電棒の中心軸線から偏って配置される、車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。 - 前記接触防止機構は、前記ねじを中心とする前記受給側端子の回動を所定範囲に規制する規制部材を含む、請求項1に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記規制部材は、根元側が前記供給側導電棒の端部あるいは前記基材に設けられ、先端側が前記供給側導電棒の端部から突出して前記受給側端子に達する突起であって、前記受給側端子の延出方向に延びる受給側端子の中心直線に関して対称となるように各受給側端子の一側と他側に配置され、前記受給側端子の回動範囲をこれら一側の規制部材および他側の規制部材間に規制する、請求項2に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記一側の規制部材および前記他側の規制部材の根元側は、前記供給側導電棒の端部外周に一体形成される、請求項3に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記一側の規制部材および前記他側の規制部材は、前記受給側端子の一側縁および他側縁に沿ってそれぞれ延びる1対の壁である、請求項3または4に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記一側の規制部材および前記他側の規制部材は、前記受給側端子の先端縁に沿って延びて互いに接続する、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記接触防止機構は、前記基材の基材表面に立設されて、隣り合う前記受給側端子同士を結ぶ基準直線と交差して延びる壁である、請求項1に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
- 前記基材には、前記受給側端子をそれぞれ受け入れる複数の凹部が形成され、
前記接触防止機構は、隣り合う前記凹部同士を区切る前記基材の一部である、請求項1に記載の車両用モータ駆動装置の端子取付構造。
