Claims (6)
- プレート式熱交換器を製造する方法であって、
−金属薄板から成る複数の仕切り板(4)と該仕切り板(4)の間に配置された複数の縁条片(8)とを有する熱交換器ブロック(1)を用意し、
−該熱交換器ブロック(1)に取り付けられるべき桶状の接続装置(7)を用意し、
−第1の溶接(11)により、前記熱交換器ブロック(1)に前記接続装置(7)を固定するために設けられた該接続装置(7)の接続側の縁部の輪郭形状に対応する面領域(10)に、少なくとも1つの溶接ビード(12)を設けて、前記面領域(10)を均一化し、
−第2の溶接(13)により、溶接シームを形成して、該溶接シームにより、前記接続装置(7)を、前記溶接ビード(12)上に溶接する、方法において、
第1の溶接(11)が行われる溶接法は、摩擦撹拌溶接であることを特徴とする、プレート式熱交換器を製造する方法。 - 前記摩擦撹拌溶接を追加的な溶加材を添加せずに行う、請求項1記載のプレート式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- 前記第1の溶接(11)により、前記仕切り板(4)と前記縁条片(8)との間のろう接−不均一性が少なくとも部分的に取り除かれる、請求項1または2記載のプレート式熱交換器を製造する方法。
- プレート式熱交換器であって、
複数の仕切り板(4)と該仕切り板(4)の間に配置された複数の縁条片(8)とを有する熱交換器ブロック(1)と、桶状の接続装置(7)とを備え、前記熱交換器ブロック(1)と前記接続装置(7)の接続側の縁部との間に、前記熱交換器ブロック(1)上に第1の溶接(11)により溶接された少なくとも1つの、前記接続装置(7)の接続側の縁部の輪郭形状に相応する溶接ビード(12)が存在し、前記溶接ビード(12)により、該溶接ビード(12)が施与される前記熱交換器ブロック(1)の面領域(10)は均一化されており、前記接続装置(7)は、前記溶接ビード(12)と、第2の溶接(13)により形成された溶接シームによって、結合されている、プレート式熱交換器において、
前記溶接ビード(12)は、摩擦撹拌溶接により溶接されていることを特徴とする、プレート式熱交換器。 - 前記溶接ビード(12)は、溶加材を含む、請求項4記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 当該プレート式熱交換器は、ろう接されたプレート式熱交換器である、請求項4または5記載のプレート式熱交換器。
