Claims (18)
- 直流電源からの第1の直流電力を第1のLCフィルタを介して受け取り、交流電力に変換する第1の電力変換装置と、
前記第1の直流電力を第2のLCフィルタを介して受け取り、当該第1の直流電力の電圧レベルと異なる電圧レベルの第2の直流電力に変換して蓄電装置を充放電する第2の電力変換装置と
から構成される鉄道車両用の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1のLCフィルタおよび前記第2のLCフィルタを前記直流電源に対して並列に接続し、
前記第1の直流電力に重畳する電圧振動成分を検出する電圧振動成分検出部を、前記直流電源から前記第2のLCフィルタまでの間に設け、
前記蓄電装置に対する充放電制御指令および前記電圧振動成分検出部が検出した前記電圧振動成分に基づいて前記第2の電力変換装置を制御する
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用の電力変換装置において、
前記第2の電力変換装置は、前記第1の電力変換装置から独立して制御される
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部は電圧検出器を有し、当該電圧検出器が検出した電圧信号をフィルタに通して前記電圧振動成分として検出し、当該フィルタは当該電圧振動成分の位相特性の設定が可能である
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項3に記載の鉄道車両用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部が検出した前記電圧振動成分の振幅を、乗算器により増大または減少させる
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部の検出点を、前記第2の電力変換装置の前記直流電源に対する接続点とすることを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部の検出点を、前記第2の電力変換装置の前記第1の直流電力を受ける側に並列に接続されたコンデンサの両端とすることを特徴とする鉄道車両用の電力変換装置。 - 直流電源からの第1の直流電力を第1のLCフィルタを介して受け取り交流電力に変換する第1の電力変換装置を備えた鉄道車両に、前記直流電源に対して前記第1の電力変換装置と並列に接続して後付けされる鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1の直流電力を第2のLCフィルタを介して受け取り、当該第1の直流電力の電圧レベルと異なる電圧レベルの第2の直流電力に変換して蓄電装置を充放電する第2の電力変換部と、
前記直流電源から前記第2のLCフィルタまでの間に設け、前記第1の直流電力に重畳する電圧振動成分を検出する電圧振動成分検出部と、
前記蓄電装置に対する充放電制御指令および前記電圧振動成分検出部が検出した前記電圧振動成分に基づいて前記第2の電力変換部を制御する制御部とを備え、
前記第2のLCフィルタは、前記第1のLCフィルタと並列して前記直流電源に接続される
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項7に記載の鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置において、
前記第2の電力変換部は、前記第1の電力変換装置から独立して制御される
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項7に記載の鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部は電圧検出器を有し、当該電圧検出器が検出した電圧信号をフィルタに通して前記電圧振動成分として検出し、当該フィルタは当該電圧振動成分の位相特性の設定が可能である
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置。 - 請求項9に記載の鉄道車両後付け用の電力変換装置において、
前記電圧振動成分検出部から検出した前記電圧振動成分の振幅を、乗算器により増大または減少させる

前記第2の電力変換部を、前記第1の電力変換部から独立して制御する

前記電圧振動成分信号の位相特性をフィルタにより変化させる
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置の制御方法。 - 請求項15に記載の電力変換装置の制御方法において、
前記電圧振動成分信号の振幅を乗算器により増大または減少させる
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置の制御方法。 - 請求項13に記載の電力変換装置の制御方法において、
前記電圧振動成分信号を、前記第2の電力変換部の前記直流電源に対する接続点から検出した電圧信号から抽出する
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置の制御方法。 - 請求項13に記載の電力変換装置の制御方法において、
前記電圧振動成分信号を、前記第2の電力変換部の前記第1の直流電力を受ける側に並列に接続されたコンデンサの両端から検出した電圧信号から抽出する
ことを特徴とする電力変換装置の制御方法。
