Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の部品を接合して単一構造体を形成する方法であって、
少なくとも2つの焼結部品を提供するステップであって、部品の各々はタングステンカーバイド及びコバルトのバインダを含む超硬合金から形成され、部品のうちの少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの内部空洞を有する、提供するステップと、
少なくとも2つの焼結部品を単一構造体の形状に組み立てるステップであり、少なくとも2つの部品の各々は接合面を有し、各接合面が接触するようになると、接合された表面はそれらの間にボンディング界面を形成する、組み立てるステップと、
組み立てられた少なくとも2つの焼結部品を、外圧を加えることなく真空またはガス雰囲気に晒し、単一構造体を形成するために、ボンディング界面において組み立てられた少なくとも2つの焼結部品をともに融着するのに十分な温度に晒すステップと
を含み、
組み立てられた少なくとも2つの焼結部品は、これらの部品をボンディング界面において融着するために、10から30分の間、1340℃から1360℃の温度まで加熱されること、及び
少なくとも2つの焼結部品をともに組み立て、融着するステップの前に、少なくとも1つの内部空洞内に振動最小化材料を配置することを特徴とする、方法。 - 組み立てられた少なくとも2つの焼結部品は、1350℃の温度まで15分間加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの焼結部品の各々は、異なる形状および/または異なるサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 単一構造体は、耐摩耗性工具、工具ブランクまたは摩耗部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 振動最小化材料が、流体、アルミナ球およびアルミナコーティング球から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 振動最小化材料が、少なくとも1つの内部空洞内に移動可能に配置されたアルミナ又はアルミナでコーティングされた材料のブロックである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗性工具であって、
複数の焼結部品であり、複数の焼結部品の各々はタングステンカーバイド及びコバルトのバインダを含む超硬合金から形成され、複数の焼結部品の少なくとも1つは少なくとも1つの空洞を有し、複数の焼結部品は単一構造体の形状に組み立てることができる、複数の焼結部品と、
複数の焼結部品の各々の上に配置されている接合面であり、複数の焼結部品が組み立てられると、各接合面は接触するようになって、それらの間にボンディング界面を形成し、それによって、組み立てられた焼結部品が、外圧を加えることなく真空またはガス雰囲気に晒され、組み立てられた複数の部品を融着するのに十分な温度に晒されると、組み立てられた複数の部品は、それぞれのボンディング界面においてともに接合されて、耐摩耗性工具の単一構造体が形成される、接合面と
を備え、
組み立てられた複数の焼結部品は、部品をボンディング界面において融着するために、10から30分の間、1340℃から1360℃の温度まで加熱されること、及び
少なくとも2つの焼結部品をともに組み立て、融着するステップの前に、少なくとも1つの内部空洞内に振動最小化材料を配置することを特徴とする、耐摩耗性工具。 - 複数の焼結部品の各々は、異なるサイズおよび/または異なる形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の耐摩耗性工具。
- 少なくとも1つの空洞がチャネルであることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の耐摩耗性工具。
- 振動最小化材料が、流体、アルミナ球およびアルミナコーティング球から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の耐摩耗性工具。
- 振動最小化材料が、少なくとも1つの空洞またはチャネル内に移動可能に配置されたアルミナ又はアルミナでコーティングされた材料のブロックである、請求項7に記載の耐摩耗性工具。
