Claims (9)
- レーザ発振器と、このレーザ発振器から供給されるレーザ光を加硫用モールドの洗浄対象部に照射するレーザヘッドとを備えたモールドの洗浄装置において、前記洗浄対象部に前記レーザ光を照射する際には前記洗浄対象部の前記レーザ光が照射されている照射範囲を不活性ガスの雰囲気下にすることを必須条件として設定されたガス供給部を備えて、前記レーザ光の照射が前記不活性ガスの雰囲気下で行われることで、前記レーザ光の照射により洗浄された前記洗浄対象部の表面に突起高さがナノメータレベルの超微細な突起が発生することが抑制される構成にしたことを特徴とする加硫用モールドの洗浄装置。
- 前記ガス供給部が、前記照射範囲またはその周辺範囲に向かって前記不活性ガスを供給する供給ノズルを有する請求項1に記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄装置。
- 前記ガス供給部が、前記照射範囲およびその周辺範囲とで、前記照射範囲およびその周辺範囲を覆う空間を囲むカバーと、前記空間に前記不活性ガスを供給する供給ノズルとを有する請求項1に記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄装置。
- 加硫用モールドの洗浄対象部にレーザ光を照射して洗浄する加硫用モールドの洗浄方法において、
前記洗浄対象部に前記レーザ光を照射する際には前記洗浄対象部の前記レーザ光が照射されている照射範囲を不活性ガスの雰囲気下にすることを必須条件にして、前記レーザ光の照射を前記不活性ガスの雰囲気下で行うことで、前記レーザ光の照射により洗浄された前記洗浄対象部の表面に突起高さがナノメータレベルの超微細な突起が発生することを抑制することを特徴とする加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。 - 前記不活性ガスを、前記照射範囲またはその周辺範囲に向かって供給しながら前記レーザ光を照射する請求項4に記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。
- 前記照射範囲およびその周辺範囲を覆う空間を前記不活性ガスが充填された状態にして、前記レーザ光を照射する請求項4に記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。
- 前記照射範囲およびその周辺範囲とで前記空間を囲むカバーを設けて、前記空間に前記不活性ガスを供給して充填した状態にする請求項6に記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。
- 前記不活性ガスとして窒素ガスを使用する請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。
- 前記加硫用モールドがスタッドレスタイヤ加硫用モールドまたは空気入りタイヤ加硫用鋳継ぎモールドである請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載の加硫用モールドの洗浄方法。
