Description
前記方法はポリマーベース、再生ゴム、およびシリカを混合する第一混合工程、および加硫系を第一混合工程からのコンパウンドに加えて混合する第二混合工程を含み;
前記方法は5〜20phrの前記再生ゴムが第一混合工程で添加されることを特徴とし;
前記再生ゴムは75〜800μmのサイズであり、事前に低温処理され;そして
前記ポリマーベースはSBR、BR、NRおよびそれらの混合物から選択される。
-コンパウンドの製造-
(第一混合工程)
230〜270リットルの接線ローターミキサーに、混合操作を開始する前に、架橋性ポリマーベース、再生ゴム、シリカ、シラン結合剤、およびカーボンブラックを、66-72%の充填率になるまで添加した。
第一工程からの混合物を、40〜60rpmの速度で操作されるミキサーで再び混合し、そして130〜150℃の温度に達したときに取り出した。
硫黄および加硫剤を第二段階からの混合物に、63〜67%の充填率になるまで添加した。
Claims (3)
- 使用中に75〜800μmの孔領域を有する多孔質表面を得るトレッド部を製造する方法であって;
第一混合工程においてSBR、BR、NRおよびそれらの混合物から選択されるポリマーベース、75〜800μmのサイズである5〜20phrの再生ゴム、およびシリカを混合する;そして
第二混合工程において加硫系を第一混合工程からのコンパウンドに加えて混合するゴムコンパウンドの製造段階を含み;
前記再生ゴムが事前に周囲温度より低い温度で低温処理され、そして
前もってポリマーベースと事前混合されることなく前記第一混合工程に添加されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記再生ゴムが100〜200μmのサイズであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ゴムがタイヤゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のトレッドコンパウンドの製造方法。
