つぎに、図3に示すように、フィルター収納部(水を張った水槽)12内において、衝撃波発生部10と、サンプル20との間隔(d[mm])を500mmとし、衝撃波発生部10へのチャージ電圧を変えて、洗浄性能を評価した。図3において、水槽12の大きさ、水槽12に張る水の量、および衝撃波発生部10の構成は、図1におけるのと同様である。洗浄性能は、水槽12から引き上げた際にサンプル20に内包される水10mLをサンプル瓶に回収したものと、水槽12に張った水道水10mLをサンプル瓶に分取したものとのFUSO社製のデジタル濁度計「TU−2016」を用いて測定した濁度を比較することで評価した。評価は、1条件について、5回行った(N=5)。その結果を、表2に示す。

Claims (6)
- 衝撃波を発生する衝撃波発生工程と、
前記衝撃波をフィラーが付着したフィルターに接触させる衝撃波接触工程と、
を含み、
前記衝撃波接触工程において、前記衝撃波により、前記フィルターに与えられる圧力が0.07MPa以上である、
ことを特徴とする、フィルター洗浄方法。 - 前記衝撃波接触工程において、前記衝撃波を、前記フィルターに水中下で接触させる、請求項1記載のフィルター洗浄方法。
- 前記フィラーが、酸化チタン、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、シリカ、モンモリロナイト、セピオライト、クレー、ウォラスナイト、チタン酸カリウム、ゾノトライト、石膏繊維、アルミボレート、繊維状マグネシウム化合物、アラミド繊維、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、マイカ、ガラスフレーク、ポリオキシベンゾイルウイスカー、ゼオライト、銀イオン担持ゼオライト、シリカバルーン、ガラスバルーン、シラスバルーン、樹脂バルーン、カーボンブラック、黒鉛、金属粉、金属繊維、金属箔、カーボンナノチューブ、フェライト、磁性酸化鉄、サマリウムコバルト、Nd−Fe−B、酸化アルミニウム、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、酸化ベリリウム、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛、鉛、タングステン、ステンレス、硫酸バリウム、硫化モリブデン、木炭粉、ガラスビーズ、酸化マグネシウム、ハイドロタルサイト、酸化アンチモン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ホウ酸亜鉛、赤燐、炭酸亜鉛、ドーソナイト、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉄、酸化カルシウム、酸化セリウム、活性白土、高分子ゲル、顔料、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末およびシリカゲルからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項1または2記載のフィルター洗浄方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター洗浄方法に用いられ、
衝撃波を発生させる衝撃波発生部と、
前記衝撃波発生部に隣接し、または前記衝撃波発生部を内部に収容し、かつ、前記フィラーが付着したフィルターを収納可能なフィルター収納部と、
を含み、
前記衝撃波により、前記フィルターに与えられる圧力が0.07MPa以上である、
ことを特徴とする、フィラー除去用のフィルター洗浄装置。 - 前記フィルター収納部内に水が充填されており、
前記衝撃波を、前記フィルターに水中下で接触させる、請求項4記載のフィルター洗浄装置。 - 前記フィラーが、酸化チタン、炭酸カルシウム、タルク、シリカ、モンモリロナイト、セピオライト、クレー、ウォラスナイト、チタン酸カリウム、ゾノトライト、石膏繊維、アルミボレート、繊維状マグネシウム化合物、アラミド繊維、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、マイカ、ガラスフレーク、ポリオキシベンゾイルウイスカー、ゼオライト、銀イオン担持ゼオライト、シリカバルーン、ガラスバルーン、シラスバルーン、樹脂バルーン、カーボンブラック、黒鉛、金属粉、金属繊維、金属箔、カーボンナノチューブ、フェライト、磁性酸化鉄、サマリウムコバルト、Nd−Fe−B、酸化アルミニウム、窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、酸化ベリリウム、チタン酸バリウム、チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛、鉛、タングステン、ステンレス、硫酸バリウム、硫化モリブデン、木炭粉、ガラスビーズ、酸化マグネシウム、ハイドロタルサイト、酸化アンチモン、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、ホウ素亜鉛、赤燐、炭酸亜鉛、ドーソナイト、酸化亜鉛、酸化鉄、酸化カルシウム、酸化セリウム、活性白土、高分子ゲル、顔料、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末およびシリカゲルからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである、請求項4または5記載のフィルター洗浄装置。
