Description
Claims (12)
- 粘稠材料(02)を発泡させるための装置(01,19,23)であって、
前記粘稠材料(2)が第1搬送手段(04)を用いて第1搬送圧力で第1コンベアパイプ(05)を介して搬送され、
ガス(07)が第2搬送圧力で第2コンベアパイプ(08)を介して搬送され、
前記第1コンベアパイプ(05)及び前記第2コンベアパイプ(08)が開口部(15)で連結され、
吐出装置(17)が粘稠材料(02)とガス(07)とからなる混合物(14)の圧力解放を許容するように前記開口部(15)の下流に設けられ、
ガス注入弁(09)が前記開口部(15)に配置され、前記ガス注入弁(09)は、粘稠材料(02)に気泡(25)を注入可能に構成され、
前記粘稠材料(02)と前記気泡(25)とからなる加圧された前記混合物(14)を前記吐出装置(17)へ交互に搬送可能な2つのコンベアポンプ(16,24)が、前記開口部(15)の下流側における平行なパイプ部分に設けられ、
前記第1搬送手段(04)は、前記第1コンベアパイプ(05)を介して少なくとも50barの搬送圧力で前記粘稠材料を前記開口部(15)に搬送可能に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記ガス(07)は、前記第2コンベアパイプ(08)を介して少なくとも55barの搬送圧力で前記ガス注入弁(09)に搬送されるよう構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、
注入される前記気泡(25)の寸法は、前記ガス注入弁(09)のニードル弁のストロークを調整することにより変化可能に構成され、及び/又は、注入される前記気泡(25)の寸法は、粘稠材料(02)における前記第1搬送圧力と前記ガス(07)における前記第2搬送圧力との圧力差を変化させることにより変化可能に構成され、及び/又は、時間当たりの注入された前記気泡(25)の量は、前記ガス注入弁(09)のニードル弁の移動周波数を変更することにより変化可能に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記装置(01,19,23)は、前記開口部(15)の上流の前記粘稠材料(02)の圧力を測定するための第1圧力センサ(12)と、及び/又は、前記ガス注入弁(09)の上流の前記ガス(07)の圧力を測定するための第2圧力センサ(11)と、及び/又は、前記粘稠材料(02)と前記気泡(25)とからなる前記混合物(14)の圧力を測定するための第3圧力センサ(13)とを備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記装置(01,19,23)には、制御装置(10)が設けられ、
該制御装置(10)は、センサ(11,12,13)を用いて測定された測定値の関数として前記ガス注入弁(09)を制御することにより、前記開口部(15)において前記粘稠材料(02)に流入する気泡(25)の流れを制御可能に構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、
前記吐出装置(17)は、粘稠材料(02)と気泡(25)とからなる加圧された前記混合物(14)が制御された方法で投与可能に構成された空気圧駆動されるニードル弁ノズル(18)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 粘稠材料(02)を発泡させる方法であって、
前記粘稠材料(02)は、第1搬送圧力で第1コンベアパイプ(05)を介して搬送され、
ガス(07)は、第2搬送圧力で第2コンベアパイプ(08)を介して開口部(15)に搬送され、
前記ガス(07)は、ガス注入弁(09)を用いて気泡(25)の形態で前記開口部(15)において前記粘稠材料(02)に注入され、
粘稠材料(02)と気泡(25)とからなる混合物(14)は、前記開口部(15)の下流側の吐出装置(17)で吐出され、それ故に圧力が緩和して前記気泡の膨張により発泡し、
前記開口部(15)の下流側における平行なパイプ部分に設けられた2つのコンベアポンプ(16,24)が、前記粘稠材料(02)と前記気泡(25)とからなる前記混合物(14)を加圧しながら前記吐出装置(17)へ交互に搬送し、
粘稠材料(02)を、第1コンベアパイプ(05)を介して少なくとも50barの搬送圧力で開口部(15)に搬送することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
粘稠材料(02)と気泡(25)とからなる前記混合物(14)を吐出する前に均一化することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7から8のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記ガスを、第2コンベアパイプ(08)を介して少なくとも55barの搬送圧力の搬送圧力でガス注入弁(09))に搬送することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7から9のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記ガス(07)を、少なくとも1barを超過する圧力で粘稠材料(02)に注入することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7から10のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記気泡(25)の寸法を、前記気泡(25)を注入しながら変化させ、及び/又は、時間当たりの気泡(25)の量を、前記気泡(25)を注入している間に変化させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7から11のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記ガス注入弁(09)を用いた前記気泡(25)の注入を、粘稠材料(02)の測定圧力の関数とした、及び/又は、前記ガス(07)の測定圧力の関数とした、及び/又は、粘稠材料(02)と気泡(25)からなる前記混合物(14)の測定圧力の関数とした制御ループで制御することを特徴とする方法。
