Claims (7)
- 特に、液体プラスチック成分の、少なくとも大部分が等圧の測定における、少なくとも1つの容量型ポンプおよび少なくとも1つの閉鎖部材をそれぞれ有する、液体用の2つ以上のラインシステムと、前記2つ以上のラインシステムに接続され前記2つ以上のラインシステムのそれぞれから運搬される前記液体プラスチック成分を混和するミキサヘッドであって、前記閉鎖部材によって前記ラインシステムから前記液体プラスチック成分が流入するかどうかが切り替えられるミキサヘッドと、を備える運搬システムにおける漏洩ロスを相殺するための方法であって、
前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じられ、前記液体プラスチック成分が前記ミキサヘッドへ運搬されていない状態で、前記ラインシステム(14)内の実際の液圧(18)が、圧力測定デバイス(17)によって確認され、
前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じられ、前記液体プラスチック成分が前記ミキサヘッドへ運搬されていない状態の前記容量型ポンプ(15)の作動により、前記ラインシステム(14)内の前記実際の液圧(18)が、目標圧力値(20)に調整される、方法。 - 関連する前記目標圧力値(20)に生じる前記漏洩ロスを相殺するために、前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じている際に前記目標圧力値(20)を維持することを確実にする前記容量型ポンプ(15)の運搬ロスの量(Qv)が、目標搬送量(Qs)に加算されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 回転型の容積型機械、具体的にはギアポンプが、前記容量型ポンプ(15)として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ラインシステム(14)が、好ましくは、少なくとも前記容量型ポンプ(15)と前記閉鎖部材(16)との間で、少なくとも大部分が一定の体積を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体の揺変性の流れの性質を相殺するために、前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じられ、前記液体プラスチック成分が前記ミキサヘッドへ運搬されていない状態での前記目標圧力値(20)が、前記閉鎖部材によって前記ラインシステム(14)が開いた状態での運搬作業の間の前記目標圧力値と比較して増大することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記目標圧力値(20)の上昇および/または低下のための調整が、PT1要素の方式で、時間の関数として行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 特に単位時間あたりの液体の明確な体積を等圧で運搬するための、特に2つ以上の液体プラスチック成分の測定のための運搬システムであって、
少なくとも1つの容量型ポンプ(15)および少なくとも1つの閉鎖部材(16)をそれぞれ有する2つ以上のラインシステム(14)と、
前記2つ以上のラインシステム(14)に接続され前記2つ以上のラインシステム(14)のそれぞれから運搬される前記液体プラスチック成分を混和するミキサヘッドであって、前記閉鎖部材によって前記ラインシステムから前記液体プラスチック成分が流入するかどうかが切り替えられるミキサヘッドと、
前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じられ、前記液体プラスチック成分が前記ミキサヘッドへ運搬されていない状態で、前記ラインシステム(14)内の実際の液圧(18)を確認する圧力測定デバイス(17)と、
確認された前記実際の液圧の関数として、前記容量型ポンプ(15)に作用する制御システムであって、前記ラインシステム(14)内の目標液圧(20)を維持するために前記閉鎖部材(16)によって前記ラインシステム(14)が閉じられ、前記液体プラスチック成分が前記ミキサヘッドへ運搬されていない状態での前記容量型ポンプ(15)の運搬ロス量(Qv)を判定するための手段、および前記閉鎖部材によって前記ラインシステム(14)が開いている状態での目標搬送量(Qs)に前記運搬ロス量(Qv)を加算するための手段を含む、制御システムと、
を備えている、運搬システム。
