Claims (11)
- 超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜であって、
基材は、0.1〜10wt%の表面変性された超微細研磨材と、5〜15wt%の乾燥制御された化学添加剤と、1〜10wt%の生体高分子ゾルと、残部である水とを含み、
前記基材は一定の比率で均一に混合され、物理的又は化学的架橋で硬化成型され、乾燥後に形成され、
前記表面変性はカップリング剤で超微細研磨材を化学被覆することによって、研磨材が高分子基材での分散性や把持力を高くすることであることを特徴とする超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜。 - 前記カップリング剤はシランカップリング剤、チタン酸エステルカップリング剤、リグニンカップリング剤の中の一種又は組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜。
- 前記超微細研磨材はダイヤモンド、炭化物、ホウ化物、酸化物の一種又は数種の組み合わせであり、超微細研磨材の粒径は5nm〜40μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜。
- 前記乾燥制御された化学添加剤は充填剤、保水剤と造孔剤を含み、充填剤はナノSiO2、ナノCaCO3、ナノポリイミドとナノ重質炭酸カルシウムの一種又は組み合わせであり、保水材は蔗糖、乳糖、果糖、グリセリンの一種又は組み合わせであり、造孔剤はNaHCO3、NaCl、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムの一種又は組み合わせであり、前記両者の混合比率の範囲は、充填剤:保水剤=1〜3wt%:3〜10wt%であり、造孔剤の添加濃度は工具表面の孔隙率の要求によって調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜。
- 前記生体高分子ゾルは澱粉、変性繊維素、キトサン、アガロオリゴ糖、グルコマンナン、アルギン酸ナトリウム、ゼラチン、カラギーナン、キサンタンガム、ペクチン、大豆カゼイン、ポリ乳酸の中の一種又は組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜。
- 超微細砥粒をカップリング剤の水溶液に添加して変性処理する変性処理工程と、
処理後の超微細砥粒、乾燥制御された化学添加剤及び生体高分子ゾルを0.1%〜10%:5%〜15%:1%〜10%の比率で均一に混合する基材混合工程と、
混合ゾルを噴きつけ、又は塗って成型させてから、物理的又は化学的架橋で硬化させ、乾燥後、研磨膜を作る成型乾燥工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(1)の超微細砥粒とカップリング剤の比率の範囲は質量比100:0.1〜10であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。
- (1)粒度500nmのダイヤモンドをKH−550シランカップリング剤の水溶液に添加して変性処理する変性処理工程と、
(2)処理後のダイヤモンド粉、粒径30nmのSiO2、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、蔗糖、カラギーナンと澱粉を脱イオン水の中に、機械攪拌を通して均一に混合し、それぞれの質量パーセント濃度は1%、3%、0.1%、3%、6%、4%である基材混合工程と、
(3)ゾルを塗布機で不織布の表面に均一に塗り、霧化したナトリウムイオン溶液を噴き付けてゲルになり、定温乾燥して研磨膜に作る成型乾燥工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(1)の中のカップリング剤の濃度は0.005%であり、ダイヤモンドの添加量は1%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。
- (1)粒度が10μmであるアルミナをTTSチタン酸エステルカップリング剤の中に添加し、超音波で10分間処理して変性処理する変性処理工程と
(2)処理後のアルミナ、粒径20nmのCaCO3、NaCl粒子、グリセリン、キトサンとアルギン酸ナトリウムを脱イオン水の中に、機械攪拌で均一に混合し、それぞれの質量パーセント濃度は2%、1%、0.2%、3%、3.5%、5%である基材混合工程と、
(3)ゾルを円形スズ噴きユニバーサル基板に塗り、カルシウムイオンの溶液に浸してゲル膜を形成し、赤外線乾燥して研磨膜を製造する成型乾燥工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。 - 前記工程(1)のアルミナとTTSの量はそれぞれ2%と0.02%であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の超微細研磨材生体高分子柔軟研磨膜の製造方法。
