Claims (10)
- 車両(50)に設けられる熱交換ユニット(10,10A)の制御を行う制御モジュール(100,100A)であって、
前記熱交換ユニットは、
空調用の冷媒と空気との熱交換を行う第1熱交換器(740)と、
冷却水と空気との熱交換を行う第2熱交換器(31)と、
前記第1熱交換器を通る冷媒の流れを調整するための装置である冷媒制御装置(730,730M)と、
前記第2熱交換器を通る冷却水の流れを調整するための装置である冷却水制御装置(32)と、
前記第1熱交換器及び前記第2熱交換器を通る空気の流れを調整するための装置である空気制御装置(21,22,40)と、を備えるものであり、
前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記空気制御装置のうち、少なくとも1つの装置の動作を制御するための制御信号を、前記車両に設けられた少なくとも1つの電子制御ユニット(200,300)から受信する受信部(110)と、
前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記空気制御装置のうちの少なくとも2つの装置を、前記制御信号に基づいて互いに連動して動作させる連動制御を行う制御部(130)と、を備え、
前記第1熱交換器は、前記車両に設けられた車両用空調装置が車室内の暖房を行う際の蒸発器として機能するものであり、
前記連動制御において、前記制御部は、
冷媒が流れる経路に設けられた電動膨張弁の動作と、
前記第1熱交換器及び前記第2熱交換器を通過する空気の流量を調整するシャッタ(21)の動作と、を互いに連動させる制御モジュール。 - 前記連動制御を行うために必要な全ての電力が、前記車両の内燃機関が停止した状態においても電力を供給し得る電源系統(PL1)から供給されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記空気制御装置のうち、前記連動制御において互いに連動して動作する装置の少なくとも1つと一体に構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール。
- 前記冷媒制御装置と一体に構成されており、
当該冷媒制御装置は車両用空調装置に設けられた電動膨張弁(730)である、請求項3に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記連動制御を行うために必要なセンサ(60)からの検知信号が入力される部分、である入力部(120)を更に備え、
前記入力部には、前記検知信号が、前記電子制御ユニットを介することなく前記センサから直接入力される、請求項3に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記制御部は、前記連動制御を行うために必要な処理を、所定の制御周期が経過する毎に繰り返し実行するものであって、
前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記空気制御装置のうち、前記連動制御において互いに連動して動作する2つの装置を、それぞれ第1装置及び第2装置としたときに、
前記連動制御において前記第1装置の動作を制御するための第1処理と、前記連動制御において前記第2装置の動作を制御するための第2処理とが、単一の前記制御周期に含まれる期間内において実行されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記制御部は、
前記制御信号に基づいて調整される前記電動膨張弁の開度に応じて、前記シャッタの開度を調整する、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記制御部は、
前記電動膨張弁の開度が小さくなると、前記シャッタの開度を大きくする、請求項7に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記制御部は、
前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記冷媒制御装置のうちの少なくとも1つの装置に対し、制御用の信号を送信することによって、当該装置の制御を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御モジュール。 - 前記冷媒制御装置、前記冷却水制御装置、及び前記冷媒制御装置のうちの少なくとも1つの装置に対し、制御用の信号を送信するための集線装置(143,145)を更に備える、請求項9に記載の制御モジュール。
