Description
Claims (9)
- 基板上の第1の電極と、
第2の電極と、
電圧‐光変換を実行し、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に配置される、電圧‐光変換材料と、
少なくとも前記電圧‐光変換材料を封止するための封止部と、
を含む、電圧‐光変換デバイスであって、
前記封止部は、前記第2の電極の上の第1のバリア層と、前記第2の電極及び前記第1のバリア層を保護し、前記電圧‐光変換材料層への水の侵入を避けるため前記第1のバリア層上に形成された、層縁を有する更なる層と、前記更なる層上の第2のバリア層とを含み、
前記電圧‐光変換デバイスは、前記基板上の導電層を更に含み、前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記導電層によって形成されるか、又は前記導電層に電気的に接続され、
前記導電層は、前記更なる層の前記層縁が形成される縁領域において構造縁を含み、前記導電層の前記構造縁の少なくとも一部分は、前記更なる層の前記層縁に対して垂直でない、
電圧‐光変換デバイス。 - 前記構造縁は、前記構造縁の少なくとも一部分が前記層縁に対して垂直でないような蛇行型の縁である、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記縁領域において、前記構造縁は、前記層縁に対して垂直でない第1の部分と、前記第1の部分とで45度〜135度の範囲内の角度を囲む、隣接する第2の部分と、を含む、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記電圧‐光変換材料は、有機電圧‐光変換材料を含む、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記層縁は、ポリマ層の縁である、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記導電層は、前記構造縁を含む溝によって構造化され、前記溝の幅は、前記溝の延伸に沿って変化する、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記溝は、より大きな幅を有する幅広部と、より小さな幅を有する幅狭部とを含み、2つの前記幅広部の間に一連の前記幅狭部が配置され、前記構造縁は、前記幅狭部によって形成される蛇行型の縁である、請求項6に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 前記導電層はITO層である、請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の電圧‐光変換デバイスを製造するための基板であって、前記基板は前記導電層を含み、前記構造縁は蛇行型の縁である、基板。
