Claims (7)
- 配合系であって、
(a)ポリマーイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールとの反応生成物であるプレポリマーであって、
(i)前記ポリマーイソシアネートが、総ポリマーイソシアネート重量に基づいて、5重量パーセント以上のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートを含有し、
(ii)前記ポリマーイソシアネートが、3.0以下の官能価を有し、
(iii)前記ポリエーテルポリオールが、総プレポリマー重量に基づいて、1重量パーセント以上かつ25重量パーセント以下の濃度で前記プレポリマー中に存在し、
(iv)前記ポリオールが、1当量当たり50グラム以上かつ500グラム以下の当量を有し、
(v)前記プレポリマーの−NCO濃度が、総プレポリマー重量に基づいて、ASTM D2572に従って決定される、15重量パーセント以上かつ31重量パーセント以下であり、
(vi)前記プレポリマーが、核磁気共鳴分光法によって決定される、イソシアネートトリマーを含まない、プレポリマーと、
(b)総ポリエステルポリオール構成成分重量に基づいて、10重量パーセント以上かつ25重量パーセント以下の遊離グリコールを含み、残りがポリエステルポリオールである、ポリエステルポリオール構成成分と、
(c)総発泡剤重量に基づいて、5重量パーセント未満の水を含有する発泡剤と、
を含み、プレポリマーとポリエステルポリオールとの比率が、ともに混合されたときに、それらが、フォーム中の総ポリマー重量に基づいて、12重量パーセント以上かつ22重量パーセント以下のトリマー含有量、及び300超かつ700未満の−NCO指数を有する前記フォームをもたらすようなものである、前記配合系。 - 前記発泡剤が、水、ペンタン異性体、2,2−ジメチルブタン、及びヒドロフルオロ−オレフィンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の配合系。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールが、テレフタル酸とグリセロールとの反応生成物である、請求項1または2に記載の配合系。
- 請求項1に記載のプレポリマー、ポリエステルポリオール、及び発泡剤をともに混合して、ポリマーフォームを生成することを含む、方法。
- 前記発泡剤の濃度が、ASTM D1622によって決定される、1立方メートル当たり24キログラム以上かつ1立方メートル当たり48キログラム以下の密度を有するポリマーフォームを生成するのに十分である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、水及びペンタン異性体からなる群から選択される、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の配合系の前記反応生成物を含む、ポリイソシアヌレートフォームであって、ASTM1622によって決定される、1立方メートル当たり24キログラム以上かつ1立方メートル当たり48キログラム以下の密度を有する、前記フォーム。
