Description
●ルーメンを備え、遠位先端を有する遠位部が遠位方向に延出するように設置された針カニューレ。
●第1の延出位置と第2の後退位置との間で摺動可能な伸縮自在シールド。伸縮自在シールドは、後の注射と注射の合間に針カニューレの少なくとも先端を洗浄するための洗浄溶媒を収容する洗浄チャンバを遠位に保持し、当該洗浄チャンバは少なくとも遠位に穿孔可能な遠位隔壁を備える。第1の延出位置は、シールドが延出して少なくとも針カニューレの先端を被覆する位置であり、第2の位置は、シールドが少なくとも針カニューレの先端を露出させる位置まで後退されて注射を行う位置である。
●チューブルーメンおよび遠位端を有する、針カニューレを誘導する伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブであって、針カニューレはチューブルーメン内に誘導され、伸縮自在シールドが第1の延出位置から第2の後退位置へと移動したときに伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブの遠位端は少なくとも部分的に遠位隔壁を穿孔する、伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ。
「注射ペン」とは通常、やや筆記ペンのような楕円形または細長い形状を有する注射装置である。このようなペンは通常、管状断面を有するが、当然ながら、ペンは三角形、矩形、または正方形、またはこれらの幾何形状の任意の変形等の異なる断面を有することができる。
Claims (10)
- ルーメン(24)を有し、遠位先端(22)を有する遠位部(21)が遠位方向に延出するように設置された、針カニューレ(20)と、
第1の延出位置と第2の後退位置との間で摺動可能な伸縮自在シールド(40)であって、後の注射と注射の合間に前記針カニューレの少なくとも前記遠位先端(22)を洗浄するための洗浄溶媒を収容する洗浄チャンバ(50)を遠位に保持し、前記洗浄チャンバ(50)は少なくとも遠位に穿孔可能な遠位隔壁(52)を備え、前記第1の延出位置における前記伸縮自在シールド(40)が延出して前記針カニューレ(20)の前記遠位先端(22)を少なくとも被覆し、前記第2の後退位置においては後退して、前記針カニューレ(20)の前記遠位先端(22)を少なくとも露出させる、伸縮自在シールド(40)と、
チューブルーメン(34)および遠位端(33)を有する、前記針カニューレ(20)を誘導する伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ(32)であって、前記針カニューレ(20)は前記チューブルーメン(34)内に誘導され、前記針カニューレ(20)は前記チューブルーメン(34)に対して相対的に移動可能であり、前記伸縮自在シールド(40)が前記第1の延出位置から前記第2の後退位置へと移動したときに前記伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ(32)の前記遠位端(33)は少なくとも部分的に前記遠位隔壁(52)を穿孔する、伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ(32)と

前記洗浄チャンバ(50)は、近位隔壁(51)、前記遠位隔壁(52)および伸縮自在シールド(40)の一部により形成される側壁から画定され、
前記伸縮自在シールド(40)が前記第1の延出位置にあるときに、前記伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ(32)の前記遠位端(33)は、前記近位隔壁(51)と前記遠位隔壁(52)との間の前記洗浄チャンバ(50)内にある、注射デバイス用の針装置。 - 前記針カニューレ(20)は、前記遠位部(21)が遠位方向に延出し、近位部(23)が近位方向に延出するように設置される、請求項1に記載の針装置。
- 前記針カニューレ(20)は、針ハブ(10)に設置され、したがって針アセンブリ(1)を構成する、請求項1または2に記載の針装置。
- 前記針ハブ(10)は、前記針アセンブリ(1)を注射デバイスに固定する締結手段(11)を備える、請求項3に記載の針装置。
- 前記伸縮自在に移動可能なチューブ(32)はチューブハブ(30)に固定される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の針装置。
- 前記チューブハブ(30)は前記針ハブ(10)に対して移動可能に設置される、請求項5に記載の針装置。
- 第1のばね(35)は前記チューブハブ(30)を遠位方向に付勢する、請求項6に記載の針装置。
- 前記伸縮自在シールド(40)は第2のばね(45)によって前記第1の延出位置へと付勢される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の針装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の針装置が取り付けられた注射デバイス。
- 前記針装置が永久的に取り付けられている、請求項9に記載の注射デバイス。
