Description

「注射ペン」とは通常、やや筆記ペンのような楕円形または細長い形状を有する注射器具である。このようなペンは通常、管状断面を有するが、当然ながら、ペンは三角形、矩形、または正方形、またはこれらの幾何形状の任意の変形等の異なる断面を有することができる。
Claims (7)
- 再利用型注射装置のための組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ(10、15)であって、
液剤薬を含み、穿孔可能膜によって閉鎖される遠位端部と、可動プランジャ(13)によって閉鎖される近位端部とを有するカートリッジ(10)と、
先端(27)を有する遠位端部(26)と近位端部(28)とを有する針カニューレ(25)を支持するハウジング構造体(16)であって、前記針カニューレ(25)を有し且つハウジング構造体(16)に対して初期位置から注射位置へと軸方向且つ近位方向に移動可能なハブ(30)を備えるハウジング構造体(16)、および
前記ハウジング構造体(16)に対して第1の伸張位置と第2の収縮位置との間を軸方向に移動可能であり、弾性要素(17)によって前記第1の伸張位置へと遠位方向に付勢され、遠位側に遠位隔壁および前記ハブ(30)とともに軸方向且つ近位方向に移動可能な近位隔壁を備えるリザーバ(40)が形成される、伸縮針シールド(20)
を備える針アセンブリ(15)と
を備え、
前記針アセンブリ(15)は前記カートリッジ(10)に永久的に取り付けられて、1つの一体型ユニットを形成し、
前記伸縮針シールド(20)の前記第1の伸張位置では、前記針カニューレ(25)の少なくとも前記先端(27)は前記リザーバ(40)内部に位置し、前記伸縮針シールド(20)の前記第2の収縮位置では、前記針カニューレ(25)の少なくとも前記先端(27)は注射を行うために前記伸縮針シールド(20)の遠位側に位置し、
前記ハブ(30)が前記初期位置から前記注射位置へ移動された時、前記リザーバ(40)が形成され、前記針カニューレ(25)の前記近位端部(28)が前記カートリッジ(10)の前記穿孔可能膜を穿孔し、前記針カニューレ(25)の前記先端(27)を洗浄するために、前記カートリッジ(10)内の前記液剤薬の定量が前記リザーバ(40)に移動される、
組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。 - 前記ハブ(30)は、前記弾性要素(17)により送達される軸方向の力によって前記初期位置から前記注射位置へと軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブ(30)は前記注射位置において前記ハウジング構造体(16)に係止される、請求項1または2に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブ(30)は、前記注射位置において前記ハブ(30)を前記ハウジングに係止する近位方向に延びるアーム(32)を備える、請求項3に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
- 前記弾性要素(17)は、前記伸縮針シールド(20)と前記ハブ(30)との間に設けられ、前記伸縮針シールド(20)を遠位方向に付勢する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
- 前記ハブ(30)は、前記近位隔壁に固定された補助部材(35)を有し、前記補助部材(35)は前記リザーバ(40)の前記近位隔壁(36)を保持する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
- 前記リザーバ(40)は、前記補助部材(35)が保持する前記近位隔壁(36)と前記伸縮針シールド(20)が保持する前記遠位隔壁(21)との間に形成される、請求項6に記載の組み合わせられたカートリッジおよび針アセンブリ。
