Claims (12)
- 複数のプレートが積層されて内部に相互交差するように配置される複数の第1流路と第2流路をそれぞれ形成し、前記第1、第2流路を通過するそれぞれの作動流体を相互熱交換する放熱部と、
前記放熱部の内部に一体に形成されて前記第2流路と連結され、前記放熱部に流入した作動流体のうちの一つの作動流体の一部を迂回させて膨張させてから、前記第1流路を通過する作動流体と熱交換させるサブ膨張部と、
を含むことを特徴とする熱交換機。 - 前記サブ膨張部は、
前記第2流路のうちのいずれか一つの第2流路と連結ホールによって連結される少なくとも一つの第3流路と、
前記第3流路に流入する作動流体を膨張させるオリフィスと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。 - 前記作動流体は、
凝縮機から供給されて、前記第1流路を通過しながら前記第3流路に一部が通過する高温高圧の液体冷媒と、
蒸発器から供給されて、前記第2流路を通過する低温低圧の気体冷媒と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換機。 - 前記放熱部は、
一面の一側に形成されて、前記第1流路と連結される第1流入ホールと、
一面の他側に形成されて、前記第2流路と連結される第2排出ホールと、
他面の一側に形成されて、前記第2流路と連結される第2流入ホールと、
他面の他側に形成されて、前記第1流路と連結される第1排出ホールと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換機。 - 前記放熱部は、一面に連結ブロックが装着されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記連結ブロックは、
前記第1流入ホールに対応する一側に形成されて、内部に形成される連結通路を通じて前記第1流入ホールと連結される第1連結ホールと、
前記第2排出ホールに対応する他側に形成されて、前記第2排出ホールと連結される第2連結ホールと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換機。 - 前記第1連結ホールは、前記第3流路と前記オリフィスによって連結されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記放熱部は他面に下部カバーが装着され、前記下部カバーには前記第1排出ホールと前記第2流入ホールに対応する位置にそれぞれ連結ポートが一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記第3流路は、前記第1流入ホールに近接した位置で前記第1流路の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記放熱部は、前記膨張バルブに一体に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記放熱部は、前記第1流路と前記第2流路を通過する前記作動流体の流動を対向流(counterflow)させて相互熱交換させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 前記放熱部は、複数のプレートが積層される板型に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
