Description
確かに、オプションでアルミノケイ酸塩源を添加した後で、ひとたびジオポリマー化プロセスが完了させられると、アルミノケイ酸塩源がオプションで添加される活性化溶液の最も基本的なpHが、有機相(すなわち有機液体)を備えた単一の相を維持する可能性だけではなく、均一なジオポリマーのブロックも得る可能性をもたらすことを発明者は示した。
他方では、有機液体が混入されるジオポリマーの材料は、調整するのが容易であり、また、他方では、この材料から有機液体を取り除くステップは、適用するのも容易である。
《有機液体》は、本発明の範囲内では、化合物および/または溶媒を含む液体を意味し、前記化合物および前記溶媒は少なくとも1つの炭素原子および特には少なくとも2つの炭素原子を有している。
本発明の範囲内で適用される有機液体は、水に混和できない液体か、または2重量%未満の濃度で完全に水に可溶であることが有利であり、これは25℃かつ大気圧で実施される。

Claims (12)
- (1)ジオポリマーマトリックスと有機液体を含む複合材料を調整すること、そしてその後、(2)熱処理、酸化処理、光分解処理、および超臨界流体または超音波による抽出からなる群から選択される処理によって前記有機液体を除去することからなる連続的ステップを含むマクロポーラスかつメソポーラスなジオポリマーを調整する方法であって、
前記ステップ(1)が以下のサブステップ:すなわち、(a)前記有機液体を含む活性化溶液を調整する、(b)ステップ(a)で得られた溶液に少なくとも1つのアルミノケイ酸塩源を添加する、(c)ジオポリマーの硬化を可能にする条件下にステップ(b)で得られた混合物を置くステップを含み、
前記ステップ(1)の間に調整された複合材料が、有機液体のビーズが被膜されるジオポリマーまたはジオポリマーマトリックスとして現われ、
前記熱処理は、ステップ(1)の複合材料を200℃超の温度と1,000℃の間の温度に置くことを意味し、
前記酸化処理が、プラズマ処理またはオゾン処理のいずれかであり、
前記ジオポリマーの硬化を可能にする条件が、乾燥ステップを任意に含むキュアリングステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 有機液体のビーズが、有機液体のマイクロビーズおよび/または有機液体のナノビーズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体は、前記有機液体の全乾燥質量に基づき、トリグリセライドを最大50質量%、特には最大40質量%、格別には最大30質量%、より格別には最大20質量%、最も格別には最大10質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体が鹸化可能でない有機液体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体が熱的絶縁油であるか、熱的絶縁油を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体は、ナフテン油、脂肪族炭化水素、不飽和の線形合成炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、エチレン化芳香族炭化水素、塩素含有有機溶媒、酸素含有有機溶媒、アルキルリン酸、塩化アルキル、および液体シリコーンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分であるか、または該少なくとも1種の成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体は、芳香族合成炭化水素、塩素含有線形炭化水素、塩素含有芳香族炭化水素、塩素フッ素含有線形炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、グリコールエーテル、およびエーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分であるか、または該少なくとも1種の成分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有機液体は、シンチレータ液体、モーター油、変圧器用油、ベンゼン、アルキルベンゼン、アルキルナフタレン、アルキルビフェニル、トルエン、キシレン、エチルベンゼン、灯油、ヘキサン、シクロヘキサン、オクタン、エチルシクロヘキサン、ドデカン、イコサン、フェノール、ジクロロメタン、トリクロロエタン、ジクロロベンゼン、トリクロロエチレン、パークロルエチレン、トリクロロベンゼン、ポリクロロビフェニル、トリクロロトリフルオロエタン、アルキルジアリールエチレン、2−オクタノン、4−ドデカノン、リン酸トリブチル(TBP)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、ジエチルエーテル、ポリジメチルシロキサン、およびポリジフェニルシロキサンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分であるか、または該少なくとも1種の成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ステップ(a)の間、界面活性剤が、(α)前記有機液体の添加に先立って前記活性化溶液に、(β)前記活性化溶液へのその添加に先立って前記有機液体に、または(γ)前記有機液体が既に添加された活性化溶液に、添加されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- アルミノケイ酸塩源に加えて、砂;自然界の、人造の、もしくは再生材料の、平均粒度が10〜125mmである粒状物;および/または平均粒度が5〜200μmの微粉が前記サブステップ(b)の間に前記活性化溶液に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理が、ステップ(1)の複合材料を300℃と1,000℃の間の温度に、詳細には400℃と800℃の間の温度に置くことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記超臨界流体は、超臨界二酸化炭素(CO2)、超臨界一酸化窒素(N2O)、超臨界フレオン22、超臨界フレオン23、超臨界メタノール、超臨界ヘキサン、および超臨界水からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
