Claims (7)
- 電子ビームを照射することによって包装容器または包装材料を殺菌するように適合された電子ビーム放射源(80)に高電圧を供給するための電力システム(10)であって、
高電圧を生成するための電圧増倍器(24)と、
前記電圧増倍器(24)の出力電圧レベル(60)を測定して第1の測定電圧値(62)を供給するための第1の電圧測定デバイス(32)と、
前記第1の電圧測定デバイス(32)によって供給された前記第1の測定電圧値(62)に基づいて前記電圧増倍器(24)の前記出力電圧レベル(60)を加減するためのアクチュエータと、
前記電圧増倍器(24)の前記出力電圧レベル(60)を独立して測定して第2の測定電圧値(64)を供給するように適合された第2の電圧測定デバイス(34)と、
前記第1の電圧測定デバイス(32)によって供給された前記第1の測定電圧値(62)と、前記第2の電圧測定デバイス(34)によって供給された前記第2の測定電圧値(64)の差が所定のしきい値を超えたとき停止信号(72、74)を供給するように適合された評価ユニット(40)と、
前記評価ユニット(40)によって供給された前記停止信号(72、74)に基づいて前記電圧増倍器(24)への電力を遮断するように適合された安全停止ユニット(12)と、
を備える、
電力システム(10)。 - 前記評価ユニット(40)が、前記電圧測定デバイス(32、34)のうち少なくとも1つの前記測定電圧値(62、64)が所定のしきい値を超えたとき停止信号(72、74)を生成するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力システム(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(40)が、停止状態を個々に判断するように適合された少なくとも2つの個別の評価デバイス(42、44)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電力システム(10)。
- 第1の評価デバイス(42)が、前記第1の電圧測定デバイス(32)によって供給された前記第1の測定電圧値(62)を入力値として使用し、第2の評価デバイス(44)が、前記第2の電圧測定デバイス(34)よって供給された前記第2の測定電圧値(64)を入力値として使用することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力システム(10)。
- 前記評価ユニット(40)によって供給された前記停止信号(72、74)に応答してそれぞれ動作することができる少なくとも2つの停止スイッチ(14)が設けられ、前記停止スイッチ(14)のうち少なくとも1つが開くと、前記電圧増倍器(24)に供給される前記電力が遮断されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電力システム(10)。
- 前記電圧測定デバイス(32、34)のうち少なくとも1つを含む閉ループ制御回路(20)を備える電力システム(10)であって、前記閉ループ制御回路(20)が、前記電圧増倍器(24)の前記出力電圧レベル(60)を制御するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電力システム(10)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの個別の電圧測定デバイス(32、34)が異なる構成とされていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電力システム(10)。
