Abstract
Description
本発明は、一般に連続的に流動製品で満たされるシート状包装材チューブを横断部分でシールすることによって流動食品パッケージを製造するために使用する誘導シーリングに関する。更に詳細には、本発明は、電流および電圧の位相を再調整して、シーリング操作の間に誘導子への電力転送を最適化するための自己設定式誘導シーリング装置に使用する進歩したインピーダンス整合回路に関する。
既知のように、多くの流動食品(例えば、果実又は野菜のジュース、殺菌又はUHT(超高温処理)されたミルク、ワイン等)が、滅菌された包装材を含むパッケージに入れられて販売されている。
・使用時に信号源12がそこに接続される2つの入力端子11.1、11.2であって、そこには、信号源によって供給される交流パワー信号S(ω)が存在する2つの入力端子11.1、11.2と、
・使用時にそれに対して誘導子13が接続される2つの出力端子11.3、11.4と、
・インピーダンス整合回路11のそれぞれ対応する入力端子11.1、11.2に接続された第1のラインおよび第2のライン24と、
・第1のライン23と第2のライン24との間に接続された等価キャパシタCeqによって図2に模式的に示された固定容量ステージ26と、
・第1のライン23と第2のライン24との間に並列接続された図示の例では4個である複数の容量性モジュール21.1、21.2、21.3、21.4によって定義される可変容量ステージ21であって、各々の容量性モジュールは、直列接続されたキャパシタC1、C2、C3、C4と制御スイッチSW1、SW2、SW3、SW4とを含み、各制御スイッチは、個別に選択的に駆動されて対応するキャパシタを第1と第2のライン23、24との間に接続するようになった可変容量ステージ21と、
・第1のライン23と第2のライン24との間に接続された一次巻線25.1と、出力端子11.3、11.4に接続された二次巻線25.2とを有する変圧器25と、
・スイッチSW1−SW4の動作状態(オン/オフ)を制御するための制御ステージ22であって、詳細に説明しないが既知の方法によって信号源12によって供給される電圧と電流との間の位相を測定して、電流と電圧との間の位相を除去又は最小化するためにインピーダンス整合回路11に要求される目的容量を決定し、また第1のラインと第2のラインとの間のキャパシタC1−C4の接続構成を修正するための対応する制御信号を発生させてスイッチSW1−SW4に供給して、可変容量ステージ21の容量、従って信号源12から見た等価容量を調節するように構成された制御ステージ22と、
を含む。
・入力端子11.1、11.2は、4対の端子で定義されており、その一対は、使用時に信号源12(図示されていない)に接続され、別の一対は、使用時に変圧器25(図示されていない)の一次巻線25.1の中間ソケットの対応する一対に接続されて仕様の変圧器比を実現しており、
・固定容量ステージ26では、図2の等価キャパシタCeqは、3つのキャパシタC5、C6、C7によって定義されており、
・可変容量ステージ21では、各制御スイッチSW1−SW4は、
−制御ステージ22によって供給される、それぞれ対応する制御信号が使用時に供給される一対の入力端子SWa、SWbと、
−図示の例では、絶縁ゲート型バイポーラ・トランジスタである一対のパワー・トランジスタ、IGBT1、IGBT2であって、ゲート端子を互いに接続され、エミッタ端子を互いに接続され、コレクタ端子の1つを第1のライン23に、他方を対応するキャパシタC1−C4を介して第2のライン24に接続されており、また各パワー・トランジスタは、そのパワー・トランジスタに並列接続された対応するフリーホイール・ダイオードD1、D2を有し、それらのアノードは、エミッタ端子に、またカソードは、コレクタ端子に接続されている一対のパワー・トランジスタと、
−制御スイッチSW1−SW4の入力端子SWa、SWbと2つのパワー・トランジスタとの間に挿入され、制御スイッチSW1−SW4の入力端子SWaとSWbとの間に直列接続された抵抗Rとツェナー・ダイオードZおよびツェナー・ダイオードZに並列接続された並列RC型フィルタ・ネットワークFによって定義されたバイアスおよびフィルタ・モジュール27であって、更に詳細には、ツェナー・ダイオードZは、抵抗Rを介して制御スイッチSW1−SW4の第1の入力端子SWaに接続されたカソードと、制御スイッチSW1−SW4の第2の入力端子SWbに接続されたアノードと、を有しており、制御スイッチSW1−SW4の第2の入力端子SWbは、次に制御スイッチSW1−SW4のトランジスタIGBT1、IGBT2のエミッタ端子につながれ、抵抗Rとツェナー・ダイオードZとの間の中間ノードは、それぞれ対応する制御スイッチSW1−SW4のトランジスタIGBT1、IGBT2のゲート端子に接続されているバイアスおよびフィルタ・モジュール27と、
を含む。
広く用いられているものの、図3のインピーダンス整合回路は、出願人の意見では、回路の多くの利点から導かれる利益を完全に享受することを阻害するいくつかの欠点を有する。
図4は、図2に示されたタイプの誘導シーリング装置に使用するための本発明に従うインピーダンス整合回路の回路図を示す。更に詳細には、図4のインピーダンス整合回路は、図3のものと類似しており、従って以下で図3の回路と異なる点についてのみ、図3のインピーダンス整合回路のそれらに対応するコンポネント・パーツと同じ参照符号を用いて説明する。
・入力端子11.1および11.2は、一対の端子によって示され、それらは、第1のライン23および第2のライン24に接続されており、それらの間には、信号源12(図示されていない)と変圧器25(図示されていない)の一次巻線25.1の両方が使用時に接続されていること。2つの入力端子11.1、11.2の1つ、特に第2のライン24につながるほうは、アースに接続されていること、
・固定容量ステージ26は、第1のライン23と第2のライン24との間に接続された5個のキャパシタC9、C10、C11、C12、C13を含むこと、
・可変容量ステージ21では、2つの入力端子の1つ、図示された例では、入力端子SWbは、アースされた第2のライン24に接続され、各制御スイッチSW1−SW4は、1つのパワー・トランジスタによって示されていることであり、図示の例では、ゲート端子が対応するバイアスおよびフィルタ・モジュールFに接続され、エミッタ端子が第2のライン24に接続され、コレクタ端子が対応するキャパシタC1−C4を介して第1のライン23に接続された絶縁ゲート型バイポーラ・トランジスタIGBTによって示されていること。各トランジスタIGBTは、トランジスタIGBTに並列接続されたフリーホイール・ダイオードDを有しており、IGBTのアノードがトランジスタIGBTのエミッタ端子に、カソードがコレクタ端子に接続されていること。
・それぞれPNSおよびPNLと表示され、それぞれ小さい負の位相シフトおよび大きい負の位相シフト、例えば−15°および−25°を表す第1および第2の閾値、
・それぞれPPSおよびPPLと表示され、それぞれ小さい正の位相シフトおよび大きい正の位相シフト、例えば+15°および+25°を表す第3および第4の閾値、
と比較することに基づく。
Claims (12)
- ヒートシール用シート状包装材(3)のチューブ(2)から流動食品パッケージを製造するために使用する誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、
交流パワー信号(S(ω))を発生させるように構成された信号源(12)と、
前記交流パワー信号(S(ω))を受信するように前記信号源(12)に接続され、シート状包装材(3)をヒートシールするために前記シート状包装材(3)中に電流を誘起するように動作する誘導子(13)と、
前記信号源(12)と前記誘導子(13)との間に接続されたインピーダンス整合回路(11’)と、
を含み、
前記インピーダンス整合回路(11’)は、
使用時に前記交流パワー信号を受信するように構成された一対の入力端子(11.1、11.2)と、
前記インピーダンス整合回路(11’)の前記入力端子(11.1、11.2)にそれぞれ接続された第1のライン(23)および第2のライン(24)と、
前記第1のライン(23)と第2のライン(24)との間に接続された少なくとも1つの容量性モジュール(21.1−21.4)を含み、また互いに直列に接続された容量性素子(C1−C4)および制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)を含む可変容量ステージ(21)であって、前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)は、前記第1のライン(23)と第2のライン(24)との間に前記容量性素子(C1−C4)を接続するように選択的に動作する可変容量ステージ(21)と、
前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の動作状態を制御するように構成された制御ステージ(22)と、

前記容量性素子(C1−C4)を介して前記第1のライン(23)に接続された第1の電流導通端子と、前記第2のライン(24)に接続された第2の電流導通端子と、前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記入力端子(SWa、SWb)に接続されて前記制御ステージ(22)から前記制御信号を受信するための制御端子とを有するシングル双方向制御スイッチ素子(IGBT)と、
を含むことを特徴とする誘導シーリング装置。 - 請求項1に記載の誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、前記可変容量ステージ(21)は、前記第1のライン(23)と第2のライン(24)との間に並列接続された複数の前記容量性モジュール(21.1−21.4)を含む前記誘導シーリング装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、更に、
前記第1のライン(23)と第2のライン(24)との間に接続された少なくとも1つの容量性素子を含む固定容量ステージ(26)、

- 請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)は、更に、
前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記対の入力端子(SWa、SWb)と前記双方向制御スイッチ素子(IGBT)との間に接続されたバイアスおよびフィルタ・モジュール(27)、
を含む前記誘導シーリング装置。 - 請求項6に記載の誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、前記バイアスおよびフィルタ・モジュール(27)は、前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記入力端子(SWa、SWb)間に直列接続された抵抗(R)およびツェナー・ダイオード(Z)と、前記ツェナー・ダイオード(Z)に並列接続されたフィルタ・ネットワーク(F)とを含み、ツェナー・ダイオード(Z)は、前記抵抗(R)を介して前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記第1の入力端子(SWb)に接続されたカソードと、前記制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記第2の入力端子(SWa)に接続されたアノードと、を有しており、前記抵抗(R)と前記ツェナー・ダイオード(Z)との間の中間ノードは、それぞれ対応する制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の前記制御端子に接続されている前記誘導シーリング装置。
- 請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の誘導シーリング装置(10)であって、前記制御ステージ(22)は、

前記量を、インピーダンス整合のそれぞれの程度を示す複数の閾値と比較する、
前記量が第1および第2の閾値(PNL、PPL)によって定義される第1の範囲内にあるとき、第1の量だけ前記可変容量ステージ(21)の容量を修正するように前記可変容量ステージ(21)の制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の動作状態を制御する、
前記量が前記第1の範囲外にあるとき、第1の量よりも大きい第2の量だけ前記可変容量ステージ(21)の容量を修正するように前記可変容量ステージ(21)の制御スイッチ(SW1−SW4)の動作状態を制御する、
