Claims (4)
- 長手方向の少なくとも一方の端部に取付部材が溶接される棒状部材の外周に、円周面となる基準面を加工する基準面形成工程と、
前記棒状部材の長手方向を軸方向として、前記棒状部材を回転自在に支持する転接部材に、前記棒状部材の前記基準面を設置させる棒状部材設置工程と、
前記転接部材によって前記棒状部材と共に回転する前記取付部材の、前記棒状部材の軸方向に対する傾きを、計測器により計測する計測工程と、
前記計測工程における計測結果に基づいて、前記棒状部材と前記取付部材との溶接部分を溶接して、前記棒状部材の軸方向に対する前記取付部材の傾きを修正する歪修正工程と、を備え、
前記取付部材には、前記計測器により計測される計測面が形成され、
前記計測面は、前記取付部材の外面の全周に亘って形成される外周面と、前記取付部材の内面の全周に亘って形成される内周面とを含み、
前記計測工程では、前記基準面に対する前記計測面としての前記外周面及び前記内周面の変位を計測することで、前記取付部材の前記棒状部材の軸方向に対する傾きを計測することを特徴とする歪修正方法。 - 前記棒状部材と前記取付部材との前記溶接部分は、前記棒状部材と前記取付部材とが高密度エネルギ溶接により溶接されることで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歪修正方法。
- 前記歪修正工程では、前記溶接部分にTIG溶接または高密度エネルギ溶接を行っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の歪修正方法。
- 前記計測工程では、前記計測器としてダイヤルゲージが用いられ、
前記取付部材は、前記ダイヤルゲージが当接する円周面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の歪修正方法。
