Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る回転機制御装置100の構成例を示す図である。回転機制御装置100には、三相の回転機1が接続されている。回転機制御装置100は、直流電圧源2と、回転機1に電力を供給する電圧印加部3と、回転機1に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部4と、を備える。また、回転機制御装置100は、電圧印加部3に電圧指令を出力する制御部5と、回転機1内の内部配線の断線の有無または回転機1への配電線路の断線の有無を判定する欠相判定部6と、回転機1の固定子巻線11〜13の接続状態を切り替える接続切替装置7と、を備える。以降の説明において、回転機1内の内部配線の断線または回転機1への配電線路の断線のことを欠相と称することがある。
実施の形態2では、実施の形態1の回転機制御装置100を備える冷媒圧縮装置、及び冷媒圧縮装置を備える空気調和機について説明する。
Claims (6)
- 回転機の固定子巻線の接続状態を切り替える接続切替装置と、
前記回転機に流れる回転機電流を検出する電流検出部と、
前記回転機に電圧を印加する電圧印加部と、
前記電圧印加部に与える電圧指令を生成するとともに、前記接続切替装置に前記接続状態の切り替えを行う切替指令を出力する制御部と、
前記回転機内の断線の有無または前記回転機への配電線路の断線の有無を判定する欠相判定部と、
を備え、
前記回転機の回転中に、前記制御部が前記切替指令を出力し、かつ前記欠相判定部が断線の有無を判定し、
前記欠相判定部は、前記切替指令が出力されてから予め定められた時間が経過した後、断線の有無の判定を開始することを特徴とする回転機制御装置。 - 前記予め定められた時間は、前記接続切替装置の機械的時定数以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転機制御装置。
- 前記欠相判定部は、前記電圧印加部から前記回転機に判定用の検査電圧を印加した際に、前記電流検出部によって検出された回転機電流の値を基準値と比較することによって断線の有無を判定することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転機制御装置。
- 回転機の固定子巻線の接続状態を切り替える接続切替装置と、
前記回転機に流れる回転機電流を検出する電流検出部と、
前記回転機に電圧を印加する電圧印加部と、
前記電圧印加部に与える電圧指令を生成するとともに、前記接続切替装置に前記接続状態の切り替えを行う切替指令を出力する制御部と、
前記回転機内の断線の有無または前記回転機への配電線路の断線の有無を判定する欠相判定部と、
を備え、
前記回転機の回転中に、前記制御部が前記切替指令を出力し、かつ前記欠相判定部が断線の有無を判定し、
前記欠相判定部は、前記電圧印加部から前記回転機に判定用の検査電圧を印加した際に、前記電流検出部によって検出された回転機電流の値を基準値と比較することによって断線の有無を判定することを特徴とする回転機制御装置。 - 回転機を有し、前記回転機の回転により媒質を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記回転機に三相交流電圧を出力する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の回転機制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする冷媒圧縮装置。 - 請求項5に記載の冷媒圧縮装置を備えることを特徴とする空気調和機。
