Claims (6)
- 複合材管(12)の曲げ加工装置(10)であって、
曲げ加工機(60)と、
複数の巻線(41)を含む誘導コイル(40)であって、巻線間の間隔が、誘導コイル(40)の長さに沿って少なくとも1回変わるコイルと、
誘導コイル(40)の近傍に配置された加熱素子(22,26)と
を備え、
誘導コイル(40)が、加熱素子(22,26)の温度を上昇させるように構成され、
前記加熱素子は、前記複合材管(12)の周囲に配置されて該複合材管(12)を支持するスリーブ(26)である、曲げ加工装置。 - 加熱素子(22,26)が、少なくとも部分的に誘導コイル(40)内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の曲げ加工装置(10)。
- 誘導コイル(40)が、第1の巻線間の間隔で配置される複数の巻線(41)を含む第1のゾーン(42)と、第2の巻線間の間隔で配置される複数の巻線(41)を含む第2のゾーン(44)とを含んでおり、第1の巻線間の間隔が第2の巻線間の間隔とは異なる、請求項1又は2に記載の曲げ加工装置(10)。
- 誘導コイル(40)が第3のゾーン(46)を含んでいて、第3のゾーン(46)は第3の巻線間の間隔で配置される複数の巻線(41)を含んでおり、第3の巻線間の間隔が第2の巻線間の間隔とは異なる、請求項3に記載の曲げ加工装置(10)。
- 第1の巻線間の間隔が、第3の巻線間の間隔よりも小さい第2の巻線間の間隔よりも小さい、請求項4に記載の曲げ加工装置(10)。
- 前記加熱素子が、前記複合材管(12)内に配置されて該複合材管(12)を支持するマンドレル(22)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の曲げ加工装置。
