Claims (9)
- 接点部分(2.1.2)を有するバッテリのバッテリ電極(1)用の電極カバー(2.1)であって、前記接点部分は、前記バッテリ電極(1)での固定方向に円錐状に広がっていく外周を有する、電極カバーにおいて、
前記接点部分(2.1.2)は、スリーブ状であり、前記バッテリ電極(1)での固定方向に円錐形に狭まっていく内周が形成されていることを特徴とする、電極カバー。 - 前記電極カバー(2.1)は、スリーブ状の前記接点部分(2.1.2)の中央下部に、電気システム側接触面(3)と結合するための固定部分(2.1.1)を有し、前記固定部分は、開口部(2.1.1.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極カバー(2.1)。
- 前記開口部(2.1.1.1)は、雌ねじ山を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電極カバー(2.1)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの電極カバーを有する、バッテリ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電極カバー(2.1)をバッテリ側接触面(2)として有するバッテリ電極(1)と結合するための端子(3)であって、
前記端子(3)は、二重壁の端子スリーブ(3.2)として、内壁(3.2.1)及び外壁(3.2.2)を有し、前記内壁及び前記外壁は、共に環状の襟部(3.2.4)によって保持され、前記電極カバー(2.1)のスリーブ状の前記接点部分(2.1.2)を形状結合的に受容するために前記襟部(3.2.4)に向かい狭まっていく環状の間隙を形成していることを特徴とする、端子(3)。 - 前記端子スリーブ(3.2)の前記外壁(3.2.2)は、前記電極カバー(2.1)のスリーブ状の接触部分(2.1.2)の外周に正確に合うように形成され、前記内壁(3.2.1)は、前記電極カバー(2.1)のスリーブ状の前記接触部分(2.1.2)の内周に正確に合うように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の端子(3)。
- 前記電極カバー(2.1)を有する前記端子(3)は、中央の固定ねじ(3.4)を使用して、前記電極カバー(2.1)のスリーブ状の接触部分(2.1.2)下部の、固定部分(2.1.1)に形成された、雌ねじ山を有する開口部(2.1.1.1)に摩擦結合的に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の端子(3)。
- 前記端子スリーブ(3.2)の前記環状の襟部(3.2.4)は、その上部内側に環状のストッパ(3.2.3)を有し、前記ストッパによって、前記端子(3)が、前記電極カバー(2.1)との結合の際に、前記固定ねじ(3.4)のフランジ(3.4.2)により、前記電極カバー(2.1)のスリーブ状の接触部分(2.1.2)に対して押されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の端子(3)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記バッテリに配置された電極カバー(2.1)をバッテリ側接触面(2)として有し、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の端子(3)を電気システム側接触面として有する、バッテリと自動車の電気システムとの間に電気的結合を形成するための電気的接点ユニット(E)。
