次いで、エンジン制御装置73は、出力設定マップM10を参照し、STEP902で算出した燃料噴射量Qsに基づいて、エンジン負荷Asを推定する(STEP903)。即ち、エンジン制御装置73は、喪失した負荷測定器19の出力信号の代用として、エンジン負荷Asの推定値(出力推定信号)を算出する。なお、出力設定マップM10は、燃料噴射量Qsとエンジン負荷Asとの相関を表すものであって、燃料噴射量Qsの増加に合わせて、エンジン負荷Asが単調増加している。

Claims (4)
- シリンダ内へ空気を供給させる吸気マニホールドと、前記吸気マニホールドから供給される空気に燃料ガスを混合させて前記シリンダに吸気するガスインジェクタと、前記燃料ガスを空気に予混合させた予混合燃料を前記シリンダ内で着火させる着火装置とを備えたエンジン装置において、
負荷測定器で測定されるエンジン負荷に対応して前記シリンダ内における予混合燃料の燃焼制御を実行する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記ガスインジェクタからの燃料ガス噴射量と前記エンジン負荷との相関を表す出力設定マップを有し、
前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を喪失したとき、前記ガスインジェクタからの燃料ガス噴射量と前記出力設定マップとから前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を推定し、推定した出力信号を用いて前記燃焼制御を続行することを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を喪失したときに前記燃焼制御を続行するにあたり、推定した出力信号を用いて前記吸気マニホールド圧力の目標値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を喪失したときに前記燃焼制御を続行するにあたり、推定した出力信号を用いて前記ガスインジェクタからの燃料ガス噴射量の目標値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 主機関におけるエンジン装置と補助機関におけるエンジン装置とを具備し、
前記主機関におけるエンジン装置の制御部は、前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を喪失したとき、前記補助機関におけるエンジン装置の制御部に、前記補助機関におけるエンジン装置を起動させるバックアップ起動信号を送信した後、前記補助機関におけるエンジン装置の制御部からバックアップ開始信号を受けるまでの間、前記ガスインジェクタからの燃料ガス噴射量と前記出力設定マップとから前記負荷測定器からの出力信号を推定し、推定した出力信号を用いて前記主機関におけるエンジン装置の燃焼制御を続行することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン装置。
