Claims (8)
- 成形部品を形成するように少なくとも1つの光学面を画定する金型内で光学材料を射出成形することと、
機械加工された光学面を含む機械加工された光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工すること、
光学接着剤を使用して前記機械加工された光学面に光学的に活性なフィルムを接着することとを備える、方法。 - 前記機械加工された光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することが、前記機械加工された光学部品において少なくとも1つの鋭角の内角を生成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記成形部品が前記成形部品の長軸まわりに軸対称であり、前記機械加工された光学部品が前記長軸まわりに軸対称でない、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記機械加工された光学面を含む前記機械加工された光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することが、複数の機械加工された光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することを備え、前記複数の機械加工された光学部品のうちの少なくとも1つの機械加工された光学部品が機械加工された光学面を含み、前記複数の機械加工された光学部品のうちの少なくとも1つがゲート領域を含まない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成形部品を形成するように少なくとも1つの光学面を画定する軸対称金型キャビティ内で光学材料を射出成形することと、
軸対称性を有しないプリズムを含む光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することとを備え、
前記光学材料を射出成形することは、前記軸対称金型キャビティの対称軸に沿って前記軸対称金型キャビティ内に前記光学材料を射出することを備える、方法。 - 前記軸対称金型キャビティが長軸を画定し、前記金型キャビティが前記長軸のまわりに軸対称である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 成形部品を形成するように少なくとも1つの光学面を画定する軸対称金型キャビティ内で光学材料を射出成形することと、
軸対称性を有しないプリズムを含む光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することとを備える方法であって、
軸対称性を有しない前記光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することが、機械加工された光学面を形成し、前記方法が、光学接着剤を使用して前記機械加工された光学面に光学的に活性なフィルムを接着することをさらに備える、方法。 - 前記光学部品を形成するように前記成形部品を機械加工することが、前記光学部品において少なくとも1つの鋭角の内角を生成する、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
