Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の発生トルクを制御する車載制御装置であって、
運転者の運転操作に基づき許容発生トルクを算出する許容発生トルク算出部と、
前記内燃機関の作動状態に基づき推定発生トルクを算出する推定発生トルク算出部と、
前記許容発生トルクの変化量と前記推定発生トルクの変化量との差分または割合が所定の閾値を超えたことに基づいて、前記内燃機関の吸気系の異常を検出する異常検出部と、を備え、
前記許容発生トルクの変化量および前記推定発生トルクの変化量は、前記内燃機関の1燃焼サイクルよりも長い所定の単位時間当たりの変化量であることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記所定の単位時間は、40ミリ秒、80ミリ秒、120ミリ秒、または160ミリ秒に設定されることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記異常検出部が異常を検出した場合に、前記内燃機関のスロットル絞り弁の開度を小さくさせることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記推定発生トルクは、前記内燃機関の吸入空気量に基づいて算出されることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記所定の閾値は、車両の加速度が所定値を超えた場合に前記異常検出部が異常と検出するように、設定されることを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記異常検出部は、前記許容発生トルクの変化量と前記推定発生トルクの変化量との差分または割合が前記所定の閾値を超えた状態が所定時間以上継続した場合に、異常を検出することを特徴とする車載制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車載制御装置であって、
前記所定の閾値は、前記許容発生トルクの変化量および前記推定発生トルクの変化量を算出する単位時間に応じて設定されることを特徴とする車載制御装置。
