Claims (5)
- ホースの最内面層と最外面層との間に介設されるスパイラル編組構造の繊維補強層を構成するホース用補強糸の製造方法において、
PEN繊維とPET繊維とを撚り合わせて、PEN繊維の繊度比率を50%以上にした撚り糸を形成し、この撚り糸に接着液を付与する接着液付与工程と、この接着液を加熱乾燥させるドライ工程と、乾燥させた接着液を加熱して硬化を促進させるノルマライジング工程とを行なって補強糸を製造し、このノルマライジング工程では、前記撚り糸に糸長手方向に2%以上の収縮を生じさせないテンションを負荷し続けることを特徴とするホース用補強糸の製造方法。 - 前記PEN繊維およびPET繊維の太さが同じである請求項1に記載のホース用補強糸の製造方法。
- 前記補強糸の135℃における1.2cN/dtex時の中間伸びを0.4%以上5.0%以下にする請求項1または2に記載のホース用補強糸の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のホース用補強糸の製造方法により前記補強糸を製造し、この補強糸で構成されたスパイラル編組構造の繊維補強層を2層以上、ホースを構成する最内面層と最外面層との間に介設する工程を有するホースの製造方法。
- 前記繊維補強層どうしの間に中間ゴム層を介設させずに、互いを直接接触させて積層する請求項4に記載のホースの製造方法。
