Description
TSM規格のB−Typeの平錠用の上杵および下杵のそれぞれの基材の先端の直径11.3mmの表面に、PVD法により、窒素と4A族元素とを含有する結晶質の酸化イットリウムを含む打錠表面層を形成することによって、実施例の上杵および下杵を作製した。
TSM規格のB−Typeの上杵および下杵のそれぞれの先端の表面に硬質クローム(HCr)メッキからなる打錠表面層を形成することによって、比較例の上杵および下杵を作製した。
主剤としてイブプロフェン(IBU)を20質量%、賦形剤として乳糖を11.1質量%、結合剤としてコーンスターチを4.7質量%、崩壊剤として結晶セルロースを63.2質量%、および流動化剤としてシリカを1質量%含む混合粉末を作製した。そして、この混合粉末100質量部に対して滑沢剤としてステアリン酸マグネシウムを0.5質量部混合することによって、粉末材料No.1を作製した。
IBUを40質量%、乳糖を8.3質量%、コーンスターチを3.5質量%、結晶セルロースを47.2質量%、およびシリカを1質量%含む混合粉末を作製した。そして、この混合粉末100質量部に対してステアリン酸マグネシウムを0.5質量部混合することによって、粉末材料No.2を作製した。
IBUを60質量%、乳糖を5.5質量%、コーンスターチを2.3質量%、結晶セルロースを31.2質量%、およびシリカを1質量%含む混合粉末を作製した。そして、この混合粉末100質量部に対してステアリン酸マグネシウムを0.5質量部混合することによって、粉末材料No.3を作製した。
株式会社特殊計測製の打錠機(TK−TB−50KN)に、上記のようにして作製した実施例の上杵および下杵を取り付け、実施例の上杵および下杵のそれぞれの打錠表面層を打錠面として粉末材料No.1〜No.3をそれぞれ打錠し、直径11.3mmの表面および厚さ3mmの形状を有する錠剤(質量2g)を作製した。そして、実施例の上杵および下杵のそれぞれの打錠表面層の打錠後(100ショット後)の表面状態を確認した。
滑沢剤としてのステアリン酸マグネシウムを混合しなかったこと以外は粉末材料No.3と同様にして粉末材料No.4を作製した。すなわち、粉末材料No.4は、IBUを60質量%、乳糖を5.5質量%、コーンスターチを2.3質量%、結晶セルロースを31.2質量%、およびシリカを1質量%含む混合粉末であった。
主剤としてIBUに代えてアスコルビン酸(ビタミンC剤)を用い、賦形剤としての乳糖と滑沢剤としてのステアリン酸マグネシウム(配合量0.4%)と含む粉末材料を作製して、サプリメント錠剤を打錠する試験を行った。なお、本試験において、粉末材料以外の条件は上記と同様である。
Claims (16)
- 基材と、
前記基材上の打錠表面層と、を備え、
前記打錠表面層は、窒素と4A族元素とを含有する結晶質の酸化イットリウムを含む、打錠杵又は臼。 - 前記基材と前記打錠表面層との間の中間層をさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記中間層は、緩衝層と、接着層とを含む、請求項2に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記緩衝層は、単層である、請求項3に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記緩衝層は、複数層である、請求項3に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記接着層は、単層である、請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記接着層は、前記基材と前記緩衝層との間、および前記緩衝層と前記打錠表面層との間のいずれか一方に配置されている、請求項6に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記接着層は、複数層である、請求項3から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記接着層は、前記基材と前記緩衝層との間、および前記緩衝層と前記打錠表面層との間の少なくとも一方に配置されている、請求項8に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記中間層は、前記基材よりも硬度が高く、かつ、前記打錠表面層よりも靭性が高い部分を有する、請求項3から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記緩衝層は、少なくとも前記打錠表面層側の表面部分において前記基材よりも硬度が高い、請求項3から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記緩衝層は、組成の変化により、硬度が連続的に変化する層である、請求項3から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記緩衝層は、M−A系(Mは、チタン、クロム、ニッケル、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、またはシリコンであり、Aは、窒素、炭素、または酸素である)の窒化物、炭化物または酸化物を含む、請求項3から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記接着層は、チタン、クロム、ニッケル、ジルコニウム、イットリウム、アルミニウム、およびシリコンからなる群から選択された少なくとも1つを含む金属、または前記金属の酸化物を含む、請求項3から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 前記打錠杵又は臼は、医薬品、農薬、肥料、食品、およびトイレタリ品からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つを打錠するために用いられる、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼。
- 請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の打錠杵又は臼を含む、打錠装置。
