Description
Claims (9)
- 液化ガス貯蔵タンクの蒸発ガスを高圧ガス噴射エンジンと低圧発電エンジンに供給する蒸発ガス供給ラインと、
前記蒸発ガス供給ライン上に備えられ、蒸発ガスを圧縮する蒸発ガス圧縮機と、
前記高圧ガス噴射エンジンと前記低圧発電エンジンに供給されない蒸発ガスを再液化させる再液化装置と
前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化ガスを前記高圧ガス噴射エンジンに供給する高圧液化ガス供給ラインと、
前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化ガスを前記低圧発電エンジンに供給する低圧液化ガス供給ラインと、
前記高圧液化ガス供給ライン上に備えられる高圧ポンプと、
前記高圧ポンプをクールダウンするために使用される回収ラインと、を含み、
前記再液化装置によって液化された蒸発ガスは、前記回収ラインを介して前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰することを特徴とするガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記再液化装置で再液化された蒸発ガスを気状と液状に分離する第1気液分離器と、
前記低圧液化ガス供給ライン上に備えられ、液化ガスを強制気化させる強制気化器と、
前記低圧液化ガス供給ライン上に備えられ、前記強制気化器で強制気化された液化ガスを気状と液状に分離する第2気液分離器と、
前記第1気液分離器で気液分離された液状を前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰させる第1復帰ラインと、
前記第2気液分離器の液状を前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰させる第2復帰ラインと、をさらに含み、
前記第1復帰ラインまたは前記第2復帰ラインは、前記回収ラインと 互いに共有されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記高圧ポンプは、
200bar〜400barに加圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記強制気化器の前段で前記第2復帰ラインを連結するバイパスラインをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。
- 前記第1気液分離器は、分離された気状はフラッシュガスまたは蒸発ガスを消費するガス燃焼装置に供給し、分離された液状は前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰させ、
前記第2気液分離器は、分離された気状は前記低圧発電エンジンに供給し、分離された液状は前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記第1復帰ラインと前記第2復帰ラインのそれぞれの内部を流動する液化ガスは、前記高圧ガス噴射エンジンと前記低圧発電エンジンの全てが駆動される場合、互いに合流して前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。
- 前記第2気液分離器は、
前記低圧発電エンジンが求めるメタン価を合わせるヘビーカーボン分離機であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記第1復帰ライン上に備えられて、前記第1気液分離器に貯蔵された液状の液化ガスを前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに復帰させる回収ポンプと、
前記回収ポンプを迂回する迂回ラインと、をさらに含み、
前記第1気液分離器に貯蔵された液状の液化ガスは
前記第1気液分離器の内圧が既設定の圧力値以上である場合、前記迂回ラインを介して前記回収ポンプを迂回して前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに供給され、
前記第1気液分離器の内圧が既設定の圧力値未満である場合、前記回収ポンプを介して前記液化ガス貯蔵タンクに供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。 - 前記既設定の圧力値は、
5bar〜6barであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のガス処理システムを含む船舶。
