Description
実施の形態1は図1〜図11を参照しながら説明する。図1に示す回転電機10は実施の形態1〜3に共通する構成例を示す。この回転電機10は、電機子11,界磁回転子13,軸受14,回転軸15などをフレーム12内に有する。回転電機10の内部または外部には、回転電機10全体の制御を司る制御部20が設けられる。
実施の形態2は図12,図13を参照しながら説明する。なお図示および説明を簡単にするため、特に明示しない限り、実施の形態1で用いた要素と同一の要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。よって、主に実施の形態1と相違する点を説明する。
実施の形態3は図14を参照しながら説明する。なお図示および説明を簡単にするため、特に明示しない限り、実施の形態1で用いた要素と同一の要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。よって、主に実施の形態1と相違する点を説明する。
以上では本発明を実施するための形態について実施の形態1〜3に従って説明したが、本発明は当該形態に何ら限定されるものではない。言い換えれば、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において、種々なる形態で実施することもできる。例えば、次に示す各形態を実現してもよい。

Claims (8)
- 回転軸(15)と、鉄心(11b)のスロット(11s)に多相巻線(11a)を巻装した電機子(11)と、前記電機子に対向して回転自在に配置された界磁回転子(13)とを有する回転電機(10)において、
前記界磁回転子は、
周方向にN極とS極が交互にあらわれる複数の極歯部(13a)と、
前記複数の極歯部の根元部で連接している環状体部(13b)と、
前記複数の極歯部とは反対側に設けられるバイパスギャップ部(13c)とを有し、
前記環状体部は、所定方向に着磁された複数の永久磁石(M1,M2)を含み、
前記バイパスギャップ部は、前記永久磁石に対応する位置に形成される複数の第1ギャップ部位(GP1)を含み、
前記永久磁石と前記バイパスギャップ部とは、周方向に隣り合う前記極歯部の相互間である極間(13m)に配置され、
前記永久磁石は、前記極間に1つ配置され、
前記第1ギャップ部位は、前記永久磁石の着磁方向と直交する方向に延びており、着磁方向の寸法であるギャップ長が前記永久磁石の着磁方向の寸法より小さい回転電機。 - 前記永久磁石および前記第1ギャップ部位は、径方向に並んだ状態で放射状に配置、または、周方向に並んだ状態で円形状に配置されている請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 前記鉄心と、前記極歯部と、前記環状体部と、前記永久磁石とを通じて磁束(φ)が流れる第1磁気回路(MC11,MC21,MC31)と、
前記第1磁気回路とは異なる磁気回路であって、前記鉄心と、前記極歯部と、前記環状体部と、前記バイパスギャップ部とを通じて磁束が流れる第2磁気回路(MC12,MC22,MC32)とを有する請求項1または2に記載の回転電機。 - 前記極歯部の方向をd軸とし、d軸インダクタンスをLdとし、前記極間をq軸とし、q軸インダクタンスをLqとするとき、Ld>Lqの不等式を満たし、
前記多相巻線に流れる電機子電流(I)の位相角βを前記q軸から回転方向(Dr)に電気角でとったときの角度とするとき、β<0となる領域では電動機として使用する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記バイパスギャップ部のパーミアンスをPgとし、前記環状体部のパーミアンスをPdとするとき、Pd<Pgの不等式を満たすように設定されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機。
- 前記界磁回転子は、前記電機子と前記環状体部との間、かつ、前記極間に設けられる磁気的導体部材(13d)を有し、
前記第1磁気回路および前記第2磁気回路とは異なる磁気回路であって、前記鉄心と前記磁気的導体部材とを通じて磁束が流れる第3磁気回路(MC23)を有する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機。 - 前記電機子の相数をmとし、前記電機子の極数をpとし、前記スロットの数をXとするとき、X=2mpの関係式を満たす請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機。
- 前記バイパスギャップ部は、前記回転軸と直接的に固定される部位と、前記回転軸と第2ギャップ部位(GP2)を介して間接的に固定される部位とを有する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機。
