- 角柱形状の電池セル(10)を製造する方法であって、前記角柱形状の電池セル(10)は、カソード層(30)と、アノード層(32)と、少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を有し、前記方法は、以下の工程、即ち、
a)初期構成(22)を製造するために、1つ又は2つの巻回ブレード部(26)と、前記カソード層(30)と、前記アノード層(32)と、前記少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を互いに平行に空間的に配置し、かつ巻回軸(40)に対して空間的に配置する工程と、
b)巻回型電池(12)を製造するために、前記巻回軸(40)の周りに前記初期構成(22)を巻回する工程と、
c)セルハウジングに前記巻回型電池(12)を挿入する工程と、
d)前記カソード層(30)及び前記アノード層(32)を集電体(42、44)と接触させる工程と、
e)前記セルハウジングに液体電解質を充填する工程と、
f)前記セルハウジングを閉鎖する工程と、
を含み、
1つの巻回ブレード部(26)及び2つのセパレータ層(28)が利用され、
前記工程a)において、最初に、前記カソード層(30)、前記アノード層(32)、及び前記2つのセパレータ層(28)が、前記巻回ブレード部(26)に固定され、
前記工程b)において、前記1つの巻回ブレード部(26)の周りに巻回され、
前記工程d)において、前記カソード層(30)及び前記アノード層(32)と前記集電体(42、44)との接触は、前記巻回ブレード部(26)を介して起こり、
前記カソード層(30)が接続される前記巻回ブレード部(26)の溶接領域(54)は前記巻回軸(40)と平行であり、前記溶接領域(54)は、カソードの集電体(42)が接続される接続領域(36)と電気的に接続され、前記接続領域(36)と直交し、
前記アノード層(32)が接続される前記巻回ブレード部(26)の溶接領域(56)は前記巻回軸(40)と平行であり、前記溶接領域(56)は、アノードの集電体(44)が接続される接続領域(38)と電気的に接続され、前記接続領域(38)と直交する、方法。 - 角柱形状の電池セル(10)を製造する方法であって、前記角柱形状の電池セル(10)は、カソード層(30)と、アノード層(32)と、少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を有し、前記方法は、以下の工程、即ち、
a)初期構成(22)を製造するために、1つ又は2つの巻回ブレード部(26)と、前記カソード層(30)と、前記アノード層(32)と、前記少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を互いに平行に空間的に配置し、かつ巻回軸(40)に対して空間的に配置する工程と、
b)巻回型電池(12)を製造するために、前記巻回軸(40)の周りに前記初期構成(22)を巻回する工程と、
c)セルハウジングに前記巻回型電池(12)を挿入する工程と、
d)前記カソード層(30)及び前記アノード層(32)を集電体(42、44)と接触させる工程と、
e)前記セルハウジングに液体電解質を充填する工程と、
f)前記セルハウジングを閉鎖する工程と、
を含み、
2つの巻回ブレード部(26)及び3つのセパレータ層(28)が利用され、
前記工程a)において、前記カソード層(30)、前記アノード層(32)、及び前記3つのセパレータ層(28)が、前記巻回軸(40)に対して垂直方向に互いに積層されて積層スタック(24)となり、前記積層スタック(24)の上方及び下方に、巻回ブレード部(26)が1つずつ前記巻回軸(40)に対して平行に配置され、
前記積層スタック(24)は、セパレータ層(28)、アノード層(32)、セパレータ層(30)、カソード層(30)、セパレータ層(28)の順に層を有し、
前記工程b)において、前記2つの巻回ブレード部(26)の周りに巻回されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 角柱形状の電池セル(10)を製造する方法であって、前記角柱形状の電池セル(10)は、カソード層(30)と、アノード層(32)と、少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を有し、前記方法は、以下の工程、即ち、
a)初期構成(22)を製造するために、2つの巻回ブレード部(26)と、前記カソード層(30)と、前記アノード層(32)と、前記少なくとも2つのセパレータ層(28)と、を互いに平行に空間的に配置し、かつ巻回軸(40)に対して空間的に配置する工程と、
b)巻回型電池(12)を製造するために、前記巻回軸(40)及び2つの前記巻回ブレード部(26)の周りに前記初期構成(22)を巻回する工程と、
c)セルハウジングに前記巻回型電池(12)を挿入する工程と、
d)前記カソード層(30)及び前記アノード層(32)を集電体(42、44)と接触させる工程と、
e)前記セルハウジングに液体電解質を充填する工程と、
f)前記セルハウジングを閉鎖する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記巻回軸(40)は、前記巻回ブレード部(26)の長辺(50)に対して平行に存在し、従って、前記初期構成(22)は、前記巻回ブレード部(26)の前記長辺(50)の周りに巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記巻回軸(40)は、前記巻回ブレード部(26)の短辺(52)に対して平行に存在し、従って、前記初期構成(22)は、前記巻回ブレード部(26)の前記短辺(52)の周りに巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記巻回ブレード部(26)は、前記角柱形状の電池セル(10)の端子(14)に対向する接続領域(36、38)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記工程c)において、前記巻回型電池(12)は、充填孔(16)及び/又はバーストディスク(18)が前記巻回軸(40)と一列に並ぶように、前記セルハウジングに挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法に従って製造された角柱形状の電池セル(10)であって、前記巻回ブレード部(26)は、前記セルハウジングの内部に残される、角柱形状の電池セル(10)。
- 請求項8に記載の少なくとも1つの角柱形状の電池セル(10)を有するバッテリを備えた自動車。
