Claims (5)
- 正負の電極シートおよびセパレータを巻装するための電池の巻芯体であって、
前記巻芯体は、矩形状の一対の主面壁と、前記両主面壁の隣接縁どうしを繋ぐヒンジ部とを一体に備え、前記両主面壁が隣接する展開状態で射出成形されており、
前記主面壁の外縁を構成する対向辺部の少なくとも一方に、集電用の電極タブがインサート固定されて前記主面壁と一体化されており、
前記電極タブのインサート部の表裏を抱持する被覆壁が、前記インサート部の周縁に沿って断続的に形成してあることを特徴とする電池の巻芯体。 - 前記被覆壁の間に成形金型で挟持される型保持面が露出させてある請求項1記載の電池の巻芯体。
- 前記型保持面が、インサート部のタブ端縁に達する状態で形成してある請求項2記載の電池の巻芯体。
- 前記電極タブのインサート部に橋絡穴が形成されており、
前記表裏の被覆壁の一部が、前記橋絡穴に充填された樹脂片を介して繋がっている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池の巻芯体。 - 前記主面壁が平坦な中央壁と、前記中央壁の両側に連続して上向きに湾曲する一対の湾曲壁とで形成されており、
左右に隣接する前記両主面壁の湾曲壁の上突端どうしが、薄肉のヒンジ部を介して繋がっており、
前記両主面壁の前記ヒンジ部と平行な辺部に、互いに嵌係合して巻芯体を筒形状に保持する複数個の係合構造が設けてある請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電池の巻芯体。
