Claims (18)
- シールディスクと、
前記シールディスクに接続されかつ前記シールディスクの一方側に配置される固定フレームと
を備え、
前記固定フレームは、前記シールディスクに接続される連結部と、複数の支持体とを備え、
前記複数の支持体は、前記連結部から遠位端へ径方向に放射状に延伸して合わせて凹領域を形成した後、屈曲によって近位端へ延伸して、複数の互いに離れているサスペンド支持部分が形成される左心耳閉鎖装置であって、
前記左心耳閉鎖装置は、薄膜体をさらに備え、
全ての前記支持体は、前記薄膜体を介して直列に接続され、
前記支持部分には、前記シールディスクに向かう少なくとも1つのアンカーが設けられ、
少なくとも1つの前記アンカーは、前記薄膜体を貫通する、左心耳閉鎖装置。 - 前記薄膜体は、前記凹領域を囲む少なくとも1つの環状薄膜を備え、
前記環状薄膜は、全ての支持体と直列に接続し、かつ前記凹領域の全部または一部を露出させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。 - 前記薄膜体は、球面形状薄膜を備え、
前記球面形状薄膜は、前記凹領域をさらに覆う、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。 - 前記アンカーの近傍領域の前記薄膜体の厚さは、前記薄膜体の他の領域より厚いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記支持体には、複数の固定孔が設けられ、
前記薄膜体は、縫合によって前記固定孔を介して前記支持体に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。 - 前記薄膜体は、生体適合性接着剤によって前記支持体に接着される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記薄膜体の近位端の縁部は、前記アンカーの根部から1〜5mm離れる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記アンカーが前記薄膜体を貫通した後に前記薄膜体から突出する長さは、1〜3mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記薄膜体の材料は、PET、PTFEまたはシリカゲルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記薄膜体は、重ねられる複数枚の薄膜を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記薄膜体は、前記固定フレームに遠位端から近位端までの方向に沿って、順に配置される複数枚の薄膜を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記支持体の数は、6本、8本、9本、12本または16本である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記アンカーは、前記支持体から切り出されて形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記支持体は、前記連結部から遠位端へ径方向に放射状に延伸する複数の引出部分と、複数の分枝部分と、複数のサスペンド支持部分とを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 複数の前記引出部分は、前記連結部を中心として、互い合わせて前記凹領域を形成し、前記連結部から離れる各前記引出部分の一端が、2つの前記分枝部分にそれぞれ接続され、前記2つの分枝部分が、特定の角度を形成し、各前記分枝部分が、隣接する前記引出部分に対応する2つの分枝部分おいて自身に隣接する1つの分枝部分と合流し、折り曲げられた後に、近位端へ延伸して前記サスペンド支持部分を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記サスペンド支持部分は、ほぼU字型の部分を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記サスペンド支持部分の末端は、球体が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
- 前記複数の支持体は、1本のニッケルチタン管の端部から他方の端部に向かう方向に沿って切り出すことによって形成され、金型によって拡張されて、熱処理によって形状が固定され、前記ニッケルチタン管の切り出されない部分が前記連結部を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
