Claims (1)
- 予め準天頂衛星の測位精度を活用し、設置場所の表層部に設置したGPS通信端末のアンテナ位置・座標を主装置に記憶させ、土砂災害で同GPS通信端末のアンテナ位置・座標が地表変位により設定以上の移動や冠水を検知した場合、変位したアンテナ位置・座標の外、主装置IDや冠水の高さ等を無線符号に変換して、市町村の通信端末6を経由し、下流域などに設置された、前記市町村が指定した通信端末へ送信する地上情報端末A。
