Claims (13)
- 航空機の胴体を組み立てる施設であって、移動可能な各架台が胴体キール構造体を支持する複数の移動可能な架台と、胴体キール構造体を架台へ吊り上げて搭載し、各胴体キール構造体のための胴体パネルを吊り上げて搭載して、各キール構造体からビルドアップして胴体外形全体を単一の垂直組上げ位置で胴体の角度的な向きを変えずに組み立てる移動可能なガントリとを含む、施設。
- 複数の組立セルを収容する組立床をさらに含み、いずれの組立セルも組立床に固定された治具または固定具を有しない、請求項1に記載の施設。
- 前記架台および前記ガントリが組立床を横切って選択された組立セルへ移動可能である、請求項2に記載の施設。
- 胴体締結作業を行うための複数のロボットをさらに含み、前記ロボットが組立床を横切って選択された組立セルへ移動可能である、請求項2に記載の施設。
- 前記ロボットが、胴体の特徴を使用して個々の基準系を確立し、それら基準系に対してその後の移動およびロボット作業を行うようにプログラムされている、請求項4に記載の施設。
- 前記架台および前記ロボットが自動化された案内車両によって移動させられる、請求項4に記載の施設。
- 各ロボットが、胴体締結作業を行うエンドエフェクタと、前記エンドエフェクタを位置決めする位置決めシステムと、一連の締結箇所を通して前記エンドエフェクタを移動させるように前記位置決めシステムを制御し、前記一連のそれら箇所で前記締結作業を行うように前記エンドエフェクタを制御するようにプログラムされている制御装置とを含む、請求項4に記載の施設。
- 前記ロボットが、上側の胴体部分の長手方向の接合および周方向の接合を行うための長身ロボットと、下側の胴体部分の周方向の接合を行うための短身ロボットとを含む、請求項4に記載の施設。
- 前記架台、前記ガントリ、および前記ロボットの配置、シーケンス、および作動を制御する制御装置をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の施設。
- 前記制御装置が、前記ガントリ、架台、およびロボットを制御して、
前記架台のうち選択されたものを選択された組立セルへと動かし、
前記キール構造体のうち選択されたものを前記選択された架台の上に搭載し、
前記キール構造体上に位置する支柱を有するフロアグリッドを前記キール構造体上に搭載し、
前記選択された架台、前記フロアグリッド、および前記選択されたキール構造体を使用して下側パネルを支持しながら、前記下側パネルを前記フロアグリッド上に位置付ける
ようにプログラムされている、請求項9に記載の施設。 - 前記ロボットを制御して下側パネルを選択されたキール構造体に接合するように前記制御装置がさらにプログラムされている、請求項10に記載の施設。
- 前記ガントリを制御して上側パネルを下側パネルの上に搭載し、前記ロボットを制御して上側パネルを下側パネルに接合するように、前記制御装置がさらにプログラムされている、請求項11に記載の施設。
- 前記配置、シーケンス、および作動が、1組のロボットを使用して前記組立セルのうち選択された組立セルで締結作業を行い、次いで、前記選択された組立セルでの前記締結作業が完了した後、前記1組のロボットを別の組立セルへ移動させることを含む、請求項9に記載の施設。
