Claims (10)
- 航空機の胴体を組み立てる施設(110)であって、複数の可動架台(130)を備え、各架台が、胴体キール構造体(610)を支持し、パネル式胴体を単一の垂直組上げ状態で組み立てるように構成されている、施設(110)。
- 胴体締結作業を行う複数のロボット(150)をさらに備え、前記ロボット(150)が、選択されたセル内へ移動可能である、請求項1に記載の施設(110)。
- 前記ロボット(150)が、胴体の特徴を使用して個々の基準系を確立し、それら基準系に対してその後の移動およびロボット作業を行うようにプログラムされている、請求項2に記載の施設(110)。
- それぞれの前記ロボット(150)が、胴体締結作業を行うエンドエフェクタ(310)と、前記エンドエフェクタ(310)を位置決めする位置決めシステム(320)と、一連の締結箇所を通して前記エンドエフェクタ(310)を移動させるように前記位置決めシステム(320)を制御し、前記一連のそれら箇所で前記締結作業を行うように前記エンドエフェクタ(310)を制御するべくプログラムされている制御装置(350)とを備える、請求項2または3に記載の施設(110)。
- 胴体パネルおよび他の構造体を、前記施設(110)を横切って選択された架台(130)へ移動させるガントリ(140)をさらに備える、請求項2ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の施設(110)。
- 前記架台(130)、前記ガントリ(140)、および前記ロボット(150)の配置、シーケンス、および作動を制御する手段(160)をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の施設(110)。
- 前記配置、シーケンス、および作動が、1組の前記ロボット(150)を使用して第1のセルで締結作業を行い、次いで、前記第1のセル(210)での前記締結作業が完了した後、前記1組を第2のセル(210)へ移動させることを含む、請求項6に記載の施設(110)。
- 前記手段(160)が、前記ガントリ(140)、架台(130)、およびロボット(150)を制御して、

下側パネル(640)を支持するために前記架台(130)、前記フロアグリッド(620)、および前記キール構造体(610)を使用しながら、下側パネル(640)を前記フロアグリッド(620)上にピン留めするために部品基準組立孔を使用するステップと
を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
