Claims (6)
- リザーバー内のウォッシャー液を加熱するためにリザーバーのホールに設置される板状のヒーター;
前記ヒーターを取り囲むようにリザーバーに組み立てられる保護カバー;
前記ヒーターと保護カバーをリザーバーに固定するための締結手段;及び
前記ヒーター周りの部分に沿って結合される結合部材を含み、
前記板状のヒーターは発熱がなされる加熱面がリザーバー内のウォッシャー液を加熱できるように、前記ホールを通じてリザーバーの内側へ露出されるよう、固定され、
前記締結手段は、
前記結合部材の外側面、及び結合部材と保護カバーの間の接合部位を取り囲みながら、リザーバーのホールに押入されて固定されるリング状の取り付け部材であることを特徴とする、リザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。 - 前記ヒーターは、
板状のベース部材;
前記ベース部材に積層される下部絶縁層;
前記下部絶縁層上に積層される発熱体;
前記発熱体に外部電源を印加できるように接続される電極;及び
前記発熱体と電極の上に積層される上部絶縁層を含み、
前記下部絶縁層の上に長く形成された複数の発熱体が定められた間隔に配列されてパターン化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。 - 前記結合部材がリング状に形成されて結合部材の内側にヒーターが結合され、前記結合部材と保護カバー周りの部分に沿ってフランジが突出形成され、結合部材のフランジと保護カバーのフランジが接合した状態で前記取り付け部材が両側フランジの間の接合部位を取り囲むように組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。
- 前記取り付け部材は、リザーバー内のウォッシャー液の漏水を防止するために、リザーバーのホールに押入された状態で前記リザーバーと結合部材、保護カバーに密着された状態に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。
- 前記リザーバーのホールの内側に挿入される押入部下側の取り付け部材の外側面の周りに沿って係止溝が形成され、前記係止溝にリザーバーのホール周りの部分が挟まれて結合された状態で、上側の押入部が係止突起の役割をするようになったことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。
- 前記ヒーターが設置されるリザーバーのホールは、リザーバー内のウォッシャー液が常に残っている位置であるリザーバーの下端部面または底面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリザーバー一体型のウォッシャー液加熱装置。
