Claims (5)
- 内燃機関本体と前記内燃機関本体に締結された排気管とを備える内燃機関において、
冷却水注入口及び冷却水排出口を有し前記内燃機関本体に設けられた本体冷却水路と、
前記排気管に設けられた排気管冷却水路と、
前記本体冷却水路と前記排気管冷却水路とを接続し冷却水が前記本体冷却水路から前記排気管冷却水路へ流れる供給路と、
前記本体冷却水路と前記排気管冷却水路とを接続し冷却水が前記排気管冷却水路から前記本体冷却水路へ流れる還流路とを備え、
前記供給路が前記冷却水注入口よりもシリンダ軸線方向上側に設けられ、
前記還流路が前記供給路よりもシリンダ軸線方向上側に設けられ、
前記冷却水排出口が前記還流路よりもシリンダ軸線方向上側に設けられ、
前記内燃機関本体が前記排気管に締結された機関本体締結部と前記機関本体締結部において締結された排気ポートとを有し、
前記排気管が前記内燃機関本体に締結される排気管締結部と前記排気管締結部において開口し前記排気ポートに連通する排気分岐部とを有し、
前記本体冷却水路が前記供給路及び前記還流路を含み、
前記供給路及び前記還流路が前記機関本体締結部において開口し、
前記排気管冷却水路が前記排気管締結部において開口し前記供給路及び前記還流路と接続することを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 複数の前記排気ポートが前記機関本体締結部において開口し、
前記排気管が複数の前記排気ポートに連通する前記排気分岐部を備え、
前記排気分岐部がシリンダ列方向に沿って設けられ、
前記排気管が複数の前記排気分岐部を集合させるように設けられた排気集合部を有し、
前記排気管冷却水路と前記内燃機関本体との間に前記排気集合部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記排気管冷却水路が更に隣り合った前記排気分岐部の間に設けられた分岐部間冷却水路を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記分岐部間冷却水路が前記排気集合部と前記内燃機関本体との間を通過することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気管が上下対称な形状を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1つの項に記載の内燃機関。
