Description
作業機ECU21は、走行開始指示を示す信号が走行クラッチレバーから出力されると、アシスト用モータを駆動して走行クラッチをトランスミッションに接続する。作業機ECU21は、走行停止を示す信号が走行クラッチレバーから出力されると、アシスト用モータを駆動して走行クラッチをトランスミッションから離間させる。
作業機ECU21は、走行方向(前進又は後進)及び走行速度を指示する信号が前後進速度調節レバーから出力されると、トランスミッション用モータを駆動して、指示に応じた状態となるようにトランスミッションを制御する。
作業機ECU21は、除雪開始を指示する信号が除雪クラッチボタンから出力されると、オーガクラッチ用モータとブロアクラッチ用モータを駆動してオーガとブロアを作動状態に制御する。作業機ECU21は、除雪停止を指示する信号が除雪クラッチボタンから出力されると、オーガクラッチ用モータとブロアクラッチ用モータを駆動してオーガとブロアを停止状態に制御する。
作業機ECU21は、シュータの向きを指示する信号が投雪方向調節レバーから出力されると、シュータ用モータを駆動してシュータの向きを変更する。
作業機ECU21は、オーガハウジングの姿勢を指示する信号がオーガ調節レバーから出力されると、オーガハウジング用モータを駆動してオーガハウジングの向きを変更する。
作業機ECU21は、汎用エンジン11の回転数を指示する信号がエンジン回転調節レバーから出力されると、指示された回転数で汎用エンジン11を動作させる指令をエンジンECU14に対して行う。エンジンECU14は、この指令を受けると、エンジン回転数が指示された回転数となるように汎用エンジン11を制御する。
作業機ECU21は、運転モードとして自動モードの設定を指示する信号がモード切替ボタンから出力されると、除雪作業の負荷に応じて走行装置22による除雪機1の走行速度を制御し、かつ、運転状況に応じたエンジン回転数となるようにエンジンECU14に指令を出す。
作業機ECU21は、エンジンECU14から通知されるエンジンオイルの残量情報に基づいてオイル警告灯の点灯制御を行ったり、バッテリの状態に基づいて充電警告灯又はバッテリ警告灯の点灯制御を行ったり、除雪機1のハードウェアに故障が発生した場合に故障通知灯を点灯させる制御を行ったりする。

Claims (4)
- 作業機の動力源として使用する汎用エンジンの制御装置であって、
前記作業機の運転を管理プログラムに基づいて制御する運転管理部であって、前記制御装置の外部にある該運転管理部から指令を受けて前記汎用エンジンの制御を行うエンジン制御部と、
前記管理プログラムを外部機器から得るために前記外部機器と通信を行う通信インタフェースと、
前記外部機器から前記通信インタフェースを介して前記管理プログラムを取得する管理プログラム取得部と、
前記管理プログラム取得部が取得した前記管理プログラムを記憶する記憶媒体と、
前記運転管理部の故障を検知した場合に、前記記憶媒体に記憶された前記管理プログラムにしたがって前記作業機の運転を前記運転管理部に代わって制御する運転管理代行部と、を備え、
前記作業機に含まれる前記運転管理部が故障したとき、前記汎用エンジンの制御とともに、前記作業機の運転の制御を行う汎用エンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置であって、
前記作業機が運転されている状態において、前記運転管理部によって行われた制御内容を取得し、前記記憶媒体に実績データとして記録する実績データ記憶部を更に備え、
前記運転管理代行部は、前記管理プログラム取得部による前記管理プログラムの取得が未実施の状態で前記運転管理部の故障を検知しかつ前記外部機器との通信が不可の場合に、前記記憶媒体に記録された前記実績データに基づいて前記作業機の運転を制御する汎用エンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置であって、
前記運転管理代行部は、前記管理プログラムにしたがって前記作業機の運転を制御する場合に、前記運転の制御項目のうち、少なくとも前記作業機の走行に関する項目を含む一部の項目の制御のみを前記運転管理部の代わりに行う汎用エンジンの制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の汎用エンジンの制御装置であって、
該制御装置の処理負荷が閾値以上の場合、前記運転管理代行部は、前記運転管理部に代わって前記管理プログラムにしたがって前記作業機の運転を制御するときの制御項目の数を、前記処理負荷が前記閾値未満の場合よりも少なくする汎用エンジンの制御装置。
