Description
本発明は、ブラシレスモータに関連する故障時や点検時等の手間やコストが低減された電動工具を提供することを主な目的とするものである。
請求項2に記載の発明は、上記発明において、前記第1電源線及び前記第2電源線は、それぞれ3本であり、3個のギボシ端子により着脱可能に接続されていることを特徴とするものである。
請求項3に記載の発明は、上記発明において、前記端子は、前記第1電源線と前記コイルとをヒュージングするヒュージング端子であることを特徴とするものである。
Claims (3)
- ステータコアと、コイルと、前記ステータコアと前記コイルとを絶縁するためのインシュレータと、を有するステータと、
前記インシュレータにネジを用いて着脱可能に取り付けられ、磁気センサが設けられるセンサ回路基板と、
前記ステータに対して回転可能なロータと、
前記ロータにより駆動される先端工具保持部と、
前記インシュレータに固定され、前記コイルに接続される端子と、
前記端子に固定される第1電源線と、
前記第1電源線に着脱可能に接続される第2電源線と、
前記センサ回路基板に固定され、前記センサ回路基板から信号を出力するための第1信号線と、
前記第1信号線に着脱可能に接続される第2信号線と、
前記第2信号線が固定され、マイコンとスイッチング素子とを備えるコントローラと、
を備えており、
前記センサ回路基板は、前記第1電源線が前記端子に固定された状態で、前記インシュレータに対して着脱可能である
ことを特徴とする電動工具。 - 前記第1電源線及び前記第2電源線は、それぞれ3本であり、3個のギボシ端子により着脱可能に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動工具。 - 前記端子は、前記第1電源線と前記コイルとをヒュージングするヒュージング端子である
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動工具。
