Description
Claims (11)
- 表面加工装置であって、
機械加工される基板(3)を支えるための基板支持体(2)と、
互いに直交して延びる第1及び第2移動軸に沿って前記基板支持体(2)に対して調節することができる機械加工ユニット(6,6’)であって、第1ガントリー駆動装置(5a)を用いて少なくとも前記第1移動軸に沿って調節可能である機械加工ユニット(6,6’)と、
前記基板支持体(2)上の前記基板(3)の向きを確認するための位置検出ユニットと、
前記基板支持体(2)上の前記基板(3)の向きに応じて前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)の動作を制御する制御ユニットと
を含み、
前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)は、前記第1及び第2移動軸によって形成される平面に対して垂直に延びる高さ軸を中心に前記基板支持体(2)に対して旋回させることができ、
前記基板支持体(2)は前記基板(3)を支えるための循環するコンベヤーベルト(14)を含み、前記コンベヤーベルト(14)は前記高さ軸を中心に旋回可能である、表面加工装置。 - 前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)は、リニア駆動装置を用いて前記第2移動軸に沿って調節することができる、請求項1に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記機械加工ユニット(6、6’)は、前記第2移動軸から離間して延びる搬送要素に支持される、請求項1又は2に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)は、前記第1及び第2移動軸によって形成される平面に対して直角に調節することができる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記基板支持体(2)に隣接して前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)の移動領域内にメンテナンスユニットが配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記基板支持体(2)は、前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)に対して調節することができる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記基板支持体(2)は、前記第1及び第2移動軸によって形成される平面に対して垂直に延びる高さ軸を中心に旋回させることができる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記コンベヤーベルト(14)は、前記第1ガントリー駆動装置(5a)の移動方向に対して平行な対応する移動方向を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)は、互いに対して調節可能に配置されている複数のインクジェットプリントヘッド(8)を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記基板支持体(2)の動作制御に使用することができる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、行うことが意図される表面機械加工に応じて前記機械加工ユニット(6,6’)の動作を前記基板支持体(2)の動作と同期させる、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の表面加工装置。
