Claims (7)
- 下部要素と前記下部要素に固定される上部要素とを含み、
前記上部要素及び前記下部要素は個別に成形されて成り、
前記下部要素は下部内壁と下部外壁とを含み、前記上部要素は上部内壁と上部外壁とを含み、
前記上部内壁と前記下部内壁とが接続されて内導風面を形成し、前記上部外壁と前記下部外壁とが接続されて外導風面を形成し、前記内導風面と前記外導風面とが対向して設けられて気流を拡散するための導風流路を規定し、
前記上部要素は、前記上部内壁と前記上部外壁とを接続する上ガイドベーンを更に含み、前記下部要素は、前記下部内壁と前記下部外壁とを接続する下ガイドベーンを更に含み、
前記上ガイドベーンと前記下ガイドベーンとが接続されて前記内導風面と前記外導風面とを接続するガイドベーンを形成し、
前記上部外壁および前記下部外壁は、ディフューザの中心に向かって収縮する構造であり、
前記上部外壁の下方の端部は、前記下部外壁の上方の端部と突合し、
前記下部外壁の下方の端部の直径は、前記上部外壁の上方の端部の直径よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とするディフューザ。 - 複数の前記ガイドベーンは等角度に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディフューザ。 - 前記内導風面に貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔は二つの隣接する下ガイドベーンの間に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディフューザ。 - 前記上部要素と前記下部要素とはねじによって接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディフューザ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のディフューザを含む、
ことを特徴とする遠心圧縮式動力システム。 - 前記遠心圧縮式動力システムは、モータと、前記モータに接続されるインペラと、を更に含み、前記モータは前記ディフューザと前記インペラとの間に位置し、前記ディフューザは、前記インペラによって発生する気流の下流に接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心圧縮式動力システム。 - 遠心圧縮式動力システムを含む羽根無し扇風機であって、前記遠心圧縮式動力システムは請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のディフューザを含む、
ことを特徴とする羽根無し扇風機。
