Description
ここで、前記帯状補強鋼板からはみ出した弾性体を後処理することができる。
10mm、h=10mmである場合に、凹部の幅wを、例えば8mmとすることにより、帯状補強鋼板12、14の板厚6mm〜12mmまで対応できることが確認できた。ここで、弾性体16の凹部中央の上下方向厚みt2は、鋼板設置時の耐久性を確保できる厚みとし、弾性体16の凹部両側の上下方向の高さhは、鋼板設置時の安定性に応じて決めることができる。

Claims (3)
- 補強対象の周囲に下層側の帯状補強鋼板を巻き立てて接合し、
該下層側の帯状補強鋼板の上層側の帯状補強鋼板との接合部上に帯状の弾性体を一周させて配置して端部を切断し、
該接合部上に一周させて配置した弾性体上で前記補強対象の周囲に前記上層側の帯状補強鋼板を巻き立てて接合し、
前記補強対象と前記帯状補強鋼板の間に充填材を注入するようにした補強鋼板巻立て工法であって、
前記帯状の弾性体が単純なU型横断面形状を有し、その凹部を前記下層側の帯状補強鋼板に被せた後、その上に前記上層側の帯状補強鋼板を配設することを特徴とする補強鋼板巻立て工法。 - 前記帯状補強鋼板からはみ出した弾性体を後処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補強鋼板巻立て工法。
- 前記弾性体が、帯状のスポンジ系ゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の補強鋼板巻立て工法。
