Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの第1および第2の外側層(第1および第2カバー層)を含む電気音響変換器(トランスデューサ)用の振動板として使用するための多層複合材であって、
前記少なくとも1つの第1カバー層がポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂から成り、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(PPS−樹脂)のハロゲン含有量が550ppmを超えないことを特徴とする、前記多層複合材。 - 前記第1カバー層の厚さが1〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層複合材。
- 前記第1カバー層の厚さが1〜5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層複合材。
- 両方のカバー層がポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂からなり、そのハロゲン含量がいずれの場合も500ppmを超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層複合材。
- 両方のカバー層の各々の厚さが1〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多層複合材。
- 両方のカバー層の各々の厚さが1〜5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多層複合材。
- 両方のカバー層が同一のPPS樹脂から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材。
- 前記両方のカバー層の間に減衰層が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材。
- 前記減衰層が両面粘着性の感圧接着テープによって形成されているか、またはそれを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の多層複合材。
- 前記減衰層が感圧接着剤の層であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の多層複合材。
- カバー層−感圧接着剤−カバー層の三層構造である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合材。
- 特にエンボス加工および/または熱成形により、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の多層複合体から熱成形することによって得られるラウドスピーカ振動板。
